It is a great place to stay, close to many restaurants and not too far from the beach. Extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The garage entertainment area looked like a fun place to hang out, however we never really got to enjoy that area as we were constantly on the move. I'd definitely stay at this residence again.

A perfect place for our family vacation: beautiful, spacious, clean, stylishly decorated, & well located near Main St. We plan to return. Julia & Andrew were so pleasant to deal with.

Absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we booked, our host was gracious, responsive, and incredibly helpful—every question we had was answered promptly and with care, making us feel welcome even before we arrived. The home itself was spotless—truly one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It’s clear the host puts thoughtful attention into every detail to ensure guests feel comfortable and at ease. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, like sleeping on clouds, and the linens were soft and fresh. The location? Stunning. Waking up to those gorgeous beach views each morning felt like a dream. Whether you're enjoying coffee on the deck or relaxing indoors, the view is always front and center. As for amenities, this place had everything! From a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels and even our breakfasts were provided for, nothing was forgotten. It’s rare to find a space so completely prepared for guests’ needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!

The Bungalow was perfect for our stay in Point Pleasant. We LOVED the location. Very close proximity to great seafood restaurants, fun bars and a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Kitty, the host, was great! She was super responsive to all our questions and very helpful with our booking. She made the overall experience super easy.

100% recommending this to family and friends, very easy to check in and check out.

Stayed here with my mom and pup for a mother's day weekend. It's a wonderful little place that was perfect for us, and Lisa was great with everything. My dog loved the yard and deck!

A group of friends and I stayed in one of Kishore’s units in Seaside Heights to celebrate my 26th birthday with some good old fashion boardwalk fun. This location was conveniently located for just that! It was exactly as pictured on Airbnb and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the pool and sun room. Kishore and his son Anish were very pleasant in all of our correspondence and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay at another one of their units!

The home is truly home away from home! We had a family of 12, 4 of them are under 8, and everyone loved it! The heated pool, the close walk to the beach, beach essentials, firepit and overall comfortable home was the perfect getaway for a couple of days. Antonietta was super responsive! This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

Fatima was a great and responsive host. The property was perfect for fun nights at the pool and the location itself made it easy to get to Belmar and Asbury Park.

From the house to the community, this listing is a great option for a perfect getaway. Well furnished, clean, and comfortable! All around a great experience! Erica was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely come back again.

Nice place, very new, and great location - walkable to the train station and a bunch of the restaurants and shops in Asbury Park. Interior was nicely done, and the bed is good if you like really soft mattress toppers. We did have one homeless person approach our car in the driveway as we were preparing to go out one time; he didn't cause any trouble, but he also didn't leave until we pulled away. Nothing we haven't seen in NY or elsewhere; it wouldn't stop me from staying here again, and (as a male) I felt safe walking to and from the train or the restaurants, even at night.

Eugene was very accommodating when we requested a last minute late checkout. His place, although a little bareboned, did the trick for what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and great central location. And even better that we could bring our pup!

5/5. Everything is exactly as described, the house is fully stocked and Ellen was very responsive, sending us tons of recs for the weekend. We used the grill and firepit, and spent hours hanging out in the backyard -- the furniture is very comfortable and fully covered. The backyard is not fully fenced (we knew this), but it is *almost* fully fenced - we were able to line up the trash cans to fence off the driveway, allowing our dog to roam around without any worries. The main beach is a short walk, and just 10- min further is a beach with off leash hours which we visited 3 times and our pup had a blast! Ellen provided us flexible check in and check out times, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend.

Michelle’s a wonderful Airbnb host and this home was lovely and beautifully designed and arranged in a welcoming and and stylish manner along with everything needed to relax and use the home comfortably from the kitchen to desk area and living room. Had a wonderful time resting, doing some work and going out nearby. She was also very helpful and responsive when I had some questions at checking in although her instructions are very clear and helpful. Looking forward to returning again sometime. Love staying here. Wow. What a stay. Thank you Allie for an incredible time in Asbury. The place was even nicer than pictured, location was perfect, and Allie went above and beyond as a host. A must stay if you are in the area wanting to be near the town and beach, but also in peaceful townhome.

This cottage was perfect for our family attending a wedding nearby. The place was clean and quiet. Usually I do not sleep well in new places, but these beds were extremely comfortable and it was easy to get a good sleep.

Walter’s place is a gem, walkable to beach and downtown. The interior is updated, warm and spacious enough for our family of 4 and dog. Walter was extremely hospitable and responsive. I highly recommend this for a home base for a vacation at the shore.
