Cottage holiday rentals in Ocean City

My friend and I loved staying at this little house. It was so close to the beach, the hot tub was amazing in the evenings and the house was comfortable and welcoming. It was clean, organized and well stocked with the towels. Great little getaway spot at a wonderful price.

Our stay was great! The house was perfect size and had everything we need for a great beach trip. Just a short drive (or tram ride) to the beach and some great places within walking distance. We felt right at home. Gannon was extremely responsive, friendly, and a great host.

This was our second time staying at JoJo’s cottage and it was another amazing experience! The house really makes you feel like you’re right at home. The kitchen is well stocked, so we were able to do a lot of cooking at the house. But you’re also so close to so many restaurants for when you’re feeling something easier! It really is a perfect spot, especially if you have dogs and/or kiddos. We would totally book again next summer 😊

We were the very first guests in Eric’s house and we thought Eric did a good job to prepare for his first guests. There are still a few things to improve but I’m sure those will get improved with time. Overall, this is a great house in a very quiet neighborhood. Only a few miles away from the beach. There is a full size on the ground pool that is pretty new and it was a nice surprise especially for kids. Kitchen has everything you need and maybe more. We’ve had a few issues in the beginning but Eric was real quick to respond and help resolve the issues. Additionally, he was checking in sporadically through our stay to make sure everything was going well. We thought it was a good value for a house in Lewes during very busy season. I would recommend anyone looking for a stay in Lewes to give this house a chance.

The house is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Laura made everything simple, including easy check-in and good local tips. It was perfect and fun for four, but would comfortably accommodate more!

We didn’t get to spend much time at the house other than to sleep as we were busy out doing things. While there though, there was plenty of things for the kids to do with a large selection of games and such for them. It was quiet in the area and saw deer and turkeys every day. There were plenty of shopping and eating options nearby as well. Great stay.

Everything you would need! Linens, coffee, all kitchen utensils and appliances. Easy entry. Super cool AC! Nice quiet neighborhood. Clean and cozy. Very happy. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Great location. Immaculately clean. Great amenities—everything was updated and met all our needs (plus some). Decor was charming—loved the beach vibes! Great communications with the host. Already recommended it to some friends.

We had a very nice stay. Everything was very clean and nicely appointed. Our two doodles loved it too. Will is a very gracious host and we highly recommend him and his properties anytime you want to come to the Bethany beach area. We will be coming back very soon. Thank you.

The house was exactly as seen on website would definitely stay again..definitely longer just to have a bbq and fire 🔥 easy to get to town..very quiet felt like home .i live in the woods in the hudson valley already showed my friends and family house 🏠 thank you so much 💓

Great place for a pet friendly house at ocean city. A few blocks from the beach and in walking distance to food, playground, mini golf and ice cream.

We enjoyed our stay at Matt's place. It was clean and had everything we needed. He was a very responsive and helpful host! The place was a little smaller than it looked in the photos but it was plenty big enough for my wife and I. We would recommend it!

This beach cottage is truly a rare gem in fenwick island. The ceiling is a lovely bead board construction rarely seen at the beach any more. Peaceful porch and huge yard right on the canal with plenty of space for any outdoor or water activity you desire. My husband paddled each morning alongside Blue Herons and other sea birds. Great neighborhood for scenic strolls. One block to a very uncrowded beach and plenty of great eats in walking distance. The host is charming and friendly with lots of great recommendations for anything you need! She is responsive and respectful of your privacy at the same time. This is a once in a lifetime stay as beach cottages are destroyed and replaced…I 100% say rent it if you want a peaceful beach experience in a lovely and well loved home.

Although we were concerned about noise because the cottage is not far off of a busy highway, we could not hear any traffic once inside the house and it was blissfully quiet at night. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on screened-in porch despite some traffic sound. House is surrounded by woods, feels very private. Inside, had everything you could want for an easy and enjoyable stay, including kitchen supplies. Really easy access to Assateague Island (just down the highway), and to Berlin, where we had several delicious meals. Imry was super responsive when we heard a clicking in the house and fixed it. We would definitely stay there again if we're back down that way.

Our stay at the Vacasa Cottage was outstanding. The location was perfect. Everything that was stated in the profile we found, and it was totally accurate. The cottage was surprisingly quiet despite being in a high traffic neighborhood. We absolutely got our money's worth and then some out of the visit. The only concern that we worked thru was the lack of parking availability. There are 3 units for the address, but I believe only parking for the front unit. The driveway can totally accommodate 2 vehicles at a minimum; possibly 3.

Annie was a great host and responded super fast to any questions I had during and before my stay! The house was very spacious, very well cleaned, free of odors, great lighting, had great entertainment, and was overall the perfect and somewhat secluded spot which we loved as it was 5 minutes off the main strip. The outdoor patio was also a great addition to get everyone together outside and everything in the place looked identical to the photos. We would totally recommend booking with Annie as she was an amazing and attentive host with a beautiful home! :)
