We had a fantastic stay at Diane’s beach condo in Ocean City! The location is perfect—just steps from a quiet, uncrowded stretch of beach that felt private and relaxing. Having an elevator was a total game-changer, especially with kids in tow. The condo is also in a great spot for walking to coffee shops, lunch spots, and dinner options—super convenient and no need to drive. Diane was an incredible host, making sure everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly beach getaway!

Building itself felt very secure. Owners super friendly and quick to respond while being helpful in the responses. Location was very convenient; easy to get anywhere you need and near fun places like mini golf, ice cream, good restaurants, Ron Jon etc. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Ocean City!

We had a great stay at Colleen's place. It was exactly as pictured and Colleen was a very responsive host. It had everything we needed during our stay. We were traveling with a 2.5 year old and an infant and were very comfortable. The pool and close proximity to the beach were a big hit. The air-conditioner in the bedroom is a bit loud, and could be disruptful to some, fortunately our daughter didn't mind. The queen pull out sofa was also very comfortable to sleep on. Overall would recommend!

Everything was great about this place and I will come back. My wife and I enjoyed it immensley. If your coming to OC for an event such as a wedding like we did, rember to bring a hair dryer, and iron and Ironing board as they are not included. Gene does not advertise that he has them included , it was my assumption they were were included and I didn't look closely enough, but it didn't inhibit the fun we had. Just a suggestion. Also, The main bed has some broken woodedn slats in it, which pending which way we moved you could feel your self drop a little, but I brough it to his attention so I assume if he fixes that, easily, its back in business. Finally, Overall I loved this place. Clean, close to attractions, food, and the water. Other patrons in the building were freindly. Jusdt an FYI. Its is on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor condo complex and has no elevator so you should consider that if you have trouble climing stairs.

My boyfriend and I celebrated his 26th birthday at Dien’s place and it exceeded my expectations! It was so clean and Dien was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach and within walking distance from lots of great restaurants. He also offered us a late check out so we could enjoy every last second of our stay which was so appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had and cannot wait to come back and stay at Dien’s place again!

Kathleen’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to ocean city. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great for walking our dog and was in a nice location-only a 15 minute walk to the beach! We had a great stay.

Amazing place! Me and my friends stayed here for senior week and absolutely loved it. The place was spotless, clean, and beautiful. We loved that we could walk to the beach, the bus stop was so close. And of course the Starbucks and quiet storm being so close was so fun. Nadiia was very nice and communicated great! I 100% recommend you stay here for a peaceful and lovely vacation!! Literal hidden gem!

We had a great time and the place was great. Very clean and well decorated and all the kitchen accessories you need. The add says that there are beach towels and other beach items like umbrella etc. However, there are no beach items so make sure you bring your own.

Erika’s place is located on beautiful waterfront in a safe neighborhood. The place was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a great vacation! Erika is very responsive and welcoming. We and our pup appreciated all the extras. The outdoor patio and dock were very peaceful. No better place for morning coffee and evening crabbing! We’ve been coming to OCMD/Fenwick Island for over 20 years. We will definitely be back to Erika’s Bungalow!

Kendra is very sweet and her home is wonderful. All of the appliances and furniture are very modern, and the mattresses were very comfortable! The location is very quiet and very close to the beach, maybe a 6 minute walk, which was very convenient for us with small children. There’s also a lot of grass nearby for pets.

I made a last minute decision to try and find a place to stay with a 5 year old and a dog at the beach knowing OCMD in peak season isn't super dog friendly. Finding a location where I could easily walk to the beach/boardwalk with a 5 year old was a must. Finding out there was a great park with an awesome playground and dog friendly walking space a block away was a super plus. Beverly was super responsive and gave me great recommendations on local places. We had a wonderful time.

My wife, daughter, myself and furry family member had an amazing time at “Sally’s Condo”. Everything was just as described. The elevator made it easy to take a weeks worth of stuff into the condo. The place was very clean. The covered patio provided the best beach views and we were only steps from the beach. We will definitely be back and miss it already! Thanks Laura and Andrew. Go birds! 🦅

This was like Brian said it was, I felt safe, it was quiet, clean, well stocked, the host was there if I needed him, he even anticipated a few challenges I might have and got in front of them and communicated (far beyond what I would expect). I am already looking to go back and stay at the same property with family and friends. I would definitely stay with this host and property again.

The minute I walked in I loved it completely different from what I imagined it, had everything you needed to cook and other things, I definitely loved the wrap around balcony too, the beds were so comfortable I almost forgot where I was when I woke up in the morning, had maintenance come out with a leaking issue in the master bathroom it all worked out, I appreciate the easy reservation and communication, besides some concerns, we truly enjoyed ourselves, thanks Ocean Edge Vacations!!!

We had a great time at the condo. It was right on the beach and had great views from the balcony. Whenever we had a question, we got a response almost immediately. Everything went smoothly.

What really stood out was Kim’s hospitality. She went above and beyond to help us recover an item we had lost during our stay, which we are so grateful for. Her communication and care truly made this a five-star experience. Highly recommend booking with her!

The condo was amazing! Very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect to see the ocean waves and very easy to access the beach with a private gate. The roof top was a very nice feature, although we didn’t use the hot tub, it was very very clean and ready to go. The condo had every thing we needed to feel right at home, dishes, silverware, appliances everything was very clean. The HVAC made every room very comfortable. Parking was easy and the private elevator with access code was very easy and safe to access the floor. They even have carts in the lobby to make moving your things in and out a breeze! I highly recommend this condo for your stay. We have been coming to ocean city for 12 years and have never stayed in a nicer space! We have finally found the absolute perfect place and hope to continue to rent it in the future. We had a small hiccup with the access code when we first arrived but I texted Stevi and he immediately responded with a new code, it was resolved in 15 seconds.

We loved this beachfront condo! It was spacious and great for two families staying together. The beds & pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for making meals at the place. The best thing was the direct access to the beach. This was a life saver with little kids. This is a great spot in OC!
