Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ocean City

We had a fantastic stay! Very clean and responsive host! There was a couple things that need corrected but Chris is on it! The hand soaps were extremely watered down to where there was barely any soap in it but the container was filled to the top so it felt like you needed to use have the container to wash your hands. I let the host know and he is talking to the cleaners to correct that issue. The other thing was that the toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken so it moved sideways when you sat down. Aside from that our stay was perfect and home was clean!

Was private and peaceful. Located near things we like to do. Was easy acess to the beach and pool. Had opportunities to see lots of beautiful Sunsets. Condo was comfortable and homie. Host was available to answer any questions and responsed promptly. The beach was beautiful. Enjoyed the hot tub and accessibility. Greeted us on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Had maps and informative brochures for things to do and recommendations for local places to eat and shop.

Very nice place and cozy! The beach access is right across the street and the community was so nice. Andrew was a great host and very responsive!

We had the best time! Room had everything we needed! Location was perfect! We walked everywhere. Ate at Anglers and Ricks. Loved the arcade at ricks, but they are closing down at the end of the month. : ( rode go carts and played in the arcade at wild Willy’s. We all loved the big pool on the same side as the condo. Walked over to the lazy River once. I thought there was a bar there for a mixed drink but there is not. You can get one at the hotel next door though (the island. They have a restaurant there too). Great visit!

Our stay at this beautiful oceanfront condo was absolutely amazing! The views are breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves and watching the moon shine from the balcony is pure bliss. The condo is clean, modern, and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The host is responsive and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend this gem!

Beth is such a wonderful host. The place was wonderful-even had a few beach toys, chairs, wagon that was free to use. When we arrived we did have to vacuum the floors and a tv remote was broken but when we told her-she was very on top of things and understanding. We loved this place and Beth so much, we even extended our stay a few days! We will definitely book with her and recommended her to everyone! Thank you for everything again, Beth!

Villy was very professional. Contacted us with valuable information when needed. Check in was easy. The condo was just as pictured. Loved the easy access to pool and beach and no need for the elevator. Parking was good and could unload with just a few steps to the condo. The three bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect for us. Stewby's Steamer was right across the street. We walked over and grabbed a delicious family sized seafood steamer takeout for dinner one evening. I would recommend, just order online beforehand as the line gets long. We also played miniature golf right across the street. Other good restaurants within walking distance. We are hoping to come back next year!

This was our families first time staying in an Airbnb and this Airbnb is going to be hard to top! The place was very family friendly, had everything we needed and the golf cart was AMAZING. It's going to be hard to top this experience!

We had the best Spring Break at Happy Mermaid. Dino was super responsive, and all info was perfect. The proximity to the community pool was great, and our kids could easily go back and forth from the house. The walk to the beach was fairly easy, and the public access had bathrooms, which was great. We easily walked or drove to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. The community was lovely and well-kept, and the house backing up to the pond area was so peaceful. The house itself had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We’ve been visiting this area for 40 years, and highly recommend this home and location!

It's in walking distance of the beach and it has beautiful views of the Bay. This was our second time here and we definitely plan on coming back.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

Our multi-generational family stay at JUST DARLIN' was such a wonderful vacation! The house was clean, the beds comfy, and the rooms spacious. It was so bright, and open, and we all felt right at home. All the little touches were perfect. There were plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen, towels in the bathrooms, and throw blankets to use in the living room. We also really appreciated the night lights in the evening. My daughter loved ''her room" w/the vanity. My parents took the downstairs master and loved stepping into the back patio for their tea and toast each morning. My husband and I enjoyed having the upstairs room to ourselves for quiet naps in the afternoon. We loved going to the pool a few houses up the hill everyday and the Ice Cream Shoppe around the corner was a delight. Julie was responsive and helpful and we can't wait to return! :)

Lou was one of the best hosts I've ever had when booking vacations on this app. He was very responsive, attentive, and always helpful with answering questions. i will be booking with him again for sure. It was a great experience, and my family had a great time. The property is exactly how it is pictured, a 5 minute walk to the beach too! Can't beat it!

I’d definitely be back. Every Easter I go to Destin to the beach and the weather is always amazing. The hot tub, and pool are definitely worth it.

This was a last-minute, unplanned trip to be with family after my uncle made the difficult decision to stop chemotherapy. I’m so grateful for how accommodating and responsive the host was during such an emotional time. The location was excellent—convenient, peaceful, and just what we needed. The host went above and beyond to make the booking process smooth, even on short notice. I truly appreciate the kindness and flexibility, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Easy Vacation Services is an exceptional host. Their communication was above and beyond way before we even got close to our vacation dates. Their instructions and other information provided made check in and check out extremely simple. Island Echo 4P is nice single bedroom condo. It’s on the corner of the building which it makes it even more of quiet space. For being just a 1 bedroom condo, it’s large enough that everything inside is spaced out to where you don’t feel cramped. The unit was very clean when we arrived and all sheets and towels were fresh and extremely clean. The balcony is quite large with plenty of comfortable seating. The only minor inconvenience of the whole place, if you’re a tall person, the bathroom is a little tight.

This was the first time for us all to see the ocean/beach. The place was very clean and comfortable. No issues whatsoever. Everything we needed to use the kitchen except cooking oil. Lots of ocean toys for kids. No chairs or umbrella available. Some beaches offer them or you can rent some. I do wish we had known of the possibility of live music next door at the Elks. That was quite loud at times. Definitely could use some Fishing poles available or crab pots and bait recommendations. That would’ve made the stay even better. Overall I highly recommend this place to stay! This is right in the middle of going either direction for whatever you want to do.

Gorgeous view. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of plates, utensils, towels, sheets and blankets. Ragip was super friendly and checked on us multiple times throughout our stay. 10/10 will absolutely stay again.

Fantastic hosts and a great place to stay on the Emerald Coast. Everything was just as listed. Don’t discount the pool at their condo because it’s huge and we enjoyed it every day!

Great stay. Very clean and very spacious ( actually bigger than I thought). Host was very quick and responsive. We were allowed to check in a little earlier than 4pm so we could have more time to enjoy the beach. The location is right on the beach so it was great waking up to hear and see the water. If we come back to the beach we will definitely look up this host again.

Just perfect! The view is spectacular up on the 6th floor! I sat with coffee early morning on the balcony overlooking the water...relaxation at it's finest! The condo was perfect for our family get together with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms! We cooked about half the time and went out the other half, the kitchen was stocked with just what we needed for beach meals for our family of 6-8 (depending on which grand children could take off and come over for the day). Just FYI that could be a negative for some....definitely not for us... is the pool is quite small as well as the area to relax around the pool. If you spend a lot of time at the pool then it is something to consider. Our family prefers the beach and having a great view of the beach when inside, so for us this place is 10/10 for sure!!!
