Fabio is an amazing host! His Mom was so cool as well she shared her experience about hosting and handling their property. The vibe of the listing was lit. Close to Nature and near the shore/beach. Well be back next year and that’s for sure!

Room, amenities and location as described. Clean and spacious room. Responsive host. We appreciate the window in the room. You can let some sun in or air the room out. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work but it wasn't a problem. Didn't have problems with pool and beach access. Although we didn't use it, I also liked that they provided an electric kettle along with bottled water, instant coffee and ceramic coffee cups.

The place is wonderful host was very kind and very responsive ate may made sure that we have everything we need ocean was very clear, you can also rent kayak so you can explore the ocean and see the beauty of nature

Would recommend this place! The staffs are very accommodating and the place is clean. Few minutes walk to their private beach and pool. The food in the resto is good as well!

Our Host Genes was outstanding and went out of his way to be helpful and kind. The place is ideal for backpackers as its cheap and peaceful and away from the people hassling you to buy things like on white beach. The food is amazing and they specialise in Italian food, which to our surprise was amazing and as good as you'll find in Milan. a really special place that is simple and cheap but with the service of 5 stars.

Yeah it was a nice hotel with a nice pool

It was a pleasure spending our christmas eve at Luks Lofts :) Truly a gem in batangas city. It is high end and high tech, modern, stylish and pristine neat. My family had a great time. I want to thank the host on his exceptional communication throughout from the booking and all my queries. He was prompt, clear, and courteous. Grateful also for the staff who were warm and hospitable too from check-in, our whole stay till check out was a breeze. Everyone showcased a level of care and consideration that went above and beyond. Highly recommended and we'll definitely book again.

Definitely one of the best place to stay in Mindoro. It’s very quiet and the views are majestic. The staff is also very friendly. They have great food at the restaurant and the golf is beautiful. I would definitely recommend that place even if you are not a golfer.

Let’s get right into it. The booking is like a beach house converted into a mini resort. There were several rooms but all private and in different floors. We had the top floor. There were positives and negatives to the place which I’ll mention but Overall we gave this place 5stars for several reasons: 1. everything was BRAND SPANKING NEW!that was a big deal for us. 2. The view was breathtaking. 3. The staff was attentive, friendly,accommodating,and very helpful! Ate Glenda and her team were A+ 4. Free breakfast home cooked by staff every day. 5. The beds were super comfy 6. All amenities mentioned were available and well maintained. You walk out from the backyard and you’re right on the beach. That was super cool. Downside: 1. The internet was kept going down. 2. There were intermittent blackouts but they had a solar back up. 3. Not many food options in the area but the Kalye Cafe was 🔥 4. Water pressure was very weak in the bathroom and no hot water. Still had a great time tho!

I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back! From the owner of the resort to the staff that cleaned my room one and all down to earth good people! A BIG shout out to Dive master Kris, she was an amazing spotter of the macro critters that I love so much and always kept our safety first in her mind. Thanks for a great holiday!

Tierra de Anilao was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed the room with the best view, but what stood out was the ever-helpful and attentive ate Tess and ate Myrene. They recommended activities like hiking and island hopping. We'll definitely be back! Thank you, Kyla and team!

I had a wonderful stay at Emilio's place! and Ms. Felma is incredibly hospitable, providing us with valuable tips about transportation and detailed information about the nearest attractions. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The free breakfast was a delightful bonus. The place itself was great, with a nice bedroom that was both comfortable and clean. I might consider staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!
