Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Oberspreewald-Lausitz

We stayed with Gerd for a week with our daughter and granddaughter (11 years old). It was a very nice vacation. The house is superbly furnished. Everything was plentiful, such as towels, tabs for the dishwasher, baking paper, etc. We didn't miss anything. 👍🏼The highlight was of course the pool. It was sufficiently large and very clean. We spent many hours there and had our fun. I can only say, great. Another nice thing was the outdoor shower and another outdoor toilet that you could visit with wet bathing suits. Very convenient also in the morning when four people want to go to the bathroom🤣. The property was also very nice, not visible and partially natural. I really enjoyed it. We had all meals outside under the fixed pavilion and also spent the evenings there. I highly recommend the Nelson house, enough bicycles were on site with which we made beautiful bike tours. We had a few nice days in Matthias' little cottage. Located directly on the Elbe dike and a beautiful nature reserve, a dream for 2 and 4 legs. We felt very comfortable and thank you for the unscheduled shop opening☺️

We had a very good time in this really lovingly designed house. It is very quiet and idyllically located. The garden is really generous. Everything is very nicely decorated and you immediately feel comfortable.

We had a wonderful time over New Year's Eve in Nico's beautiful, cozy accommodation! We were looking for peace and relaxation and found both. Quietly located in a small district about 5 km from Calau, with beautiful nature and hiking options within walking distance as well as excursion destinations accessible by car, bicycle or probably also by bus and train (Calau Switzerland, Plinsendörfer, Spreewald, …). Even the journey by train to Calau and continuing the last kilometers by bike was easily doable for one of us who arrived later. Nico's cottage was spotlessly clean and cozy, to feel at home and switch off! Even on the cold winter days it was really nice and warm thanks to the forest heating. The icing on the cake for the coziness is the fireplace in the living room! You can tell how much heart and soul Nico puts into the house and property and that he himself is very happy there. He is very hospitable, open and warm! Absolute recommendation and we'll be happy to come back.

A great idyllic and loving apartment! The whole apartment was so lovingly furnished, down to the last detail. We were very warmly received and felt completely comfortable. The amenities are above average. We didn't miss anything. The garden is an absolute dream, in which we spent a lot of time. It's also perfect for enjoying the sunset. We were just able to switch off here. You can easily hike over fields and meadows from here. If you want to go to the bastion, you have to take the highway of about 30-45 minutes. We will be back!!!

We spent 1 week in spring at summer temperatures in this really nice, new and high-quality apartment with Anja and Christine. But it is not only the beautiful apartment that makes a stay with Anja so pleasant and relaxing, in addition, the beautifully renovated and well-kept ensemble of the Dreiseithof is a real pleasure. The very well-kept and beautifully landscaped courtyard and wonderful garden on a hillside behind the house are at our disposal for holiday guests and represent an enrichment in almost any weather. Location: You are on the outskirts of Meissen, you can take beautiful hikes right outside the front door, within walking distance there is a brewery with restaurant and a bakery for the breakfast rolls. The district feels like a small, rural village with many beautiful, decorated old houses and by car you are in less than 10 minutes in the fantastic Meissen. We were allowed to arrive with a dog and cat and everyone felt welcome and comfortable.

We felt right at home. Perfect location, beautiful garden. Beautifully furnished old building, super comfortable bed. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed in Wüstenhain for 4 days. The accommodation has everything you need. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace. There is a stone's throw away and the lake is within walking distance. Highly recommend to nature lovers.

Top accommodation in the best location! The accommodation is very tastefully furnished, absolutely clean and well equipped – nothing was missing. The location is top: only a few minutes' walk along the Elbe promenade to the beautiful old town with many sights. There are nice people, numerous shopping facilities and a wide selection of restaurants in the area. The communication went smoothly – Michael contacted us and provided us with helpful tips for the stay. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

Great accommodation

Beautiful cottage settlement directly on the lake. The house is well equipped, not super high quality but totally fine. The bathroom and especially the shower in the upper floor could be renewed, which is now outdated. A music system in the living room would be great. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly reception. The employee working there is very attentive and accommodating, as we have rarely experienced. Great praise for this!! We had a great stay and would be happy to come back here.

We stayed 4 nights in the villa.. The villa was very clean at arrival and really beautiful. Decoration and design are modern and classic at the same time. The rooms and bedrooms have enough space. Furthermore enough room to park your car next to the villa. The sauna was also really nice as well as the toy for the children already present. The baby bed for our baby was well prepared. The supermarket lidl en netto market are at walking distance as well as the train station. The host (Britta) was very kind and helpful. In case of questions the response was always very quick and clear. If case we go again to this area we for sure will choose this villa again. Its beautiful and very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Nice clean and large rooms. Three bathrooms, two of them with a bath. In the garden there is a large chilling area with a bbq for in the summer. And the maintenance to the garden is also very good. Everything is just great here and we spent wonderful days here. Thanks!

Beautiful idyllic place, lake was populated with swans when we arrived, clean air, peaceful, lots of small farm animals for the kinds to observe.

Every now and then you stumble on a property that both property and host are simply wonderful this was one of those ! Kristina and her father attended to all our needs, the house in gorgeous, the back yard peaceful and private, and everything works. All in all highly recommended !

Sam is a very nice person. And the house is very good and very big. It is actually a Villa. high ceilings. And there is a big forest at the back. I was living at the ground floor. I will definitely recommend it every one. It is better than the small and tiny apartments.

A pleasant place to stay near the German border. Attentive and kind host
