Durch die unmittelbare Nähe von rund 700 Meter zur Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg ist das Haus prädestiniert für Thermen- und Badeurlauber, aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für Radwanderungen

Das Raab-Haus ist ein typisch burgenländischer Streckhof und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen mit drei gemütlichen, voneinander getrennten Schlafzimmern. Es ist ausgestattet mit einer vollbestückten Küche (Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Herd mit Backofen und einer Mikrowelle). Der moderne Esstisch lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Badezimmer ist vom WC getrennt. Der Innenhof und der große Garten mit Panorama auf die umliegende Weinlandschaft kann mitbenutzt werden und lädt zum Träumen ein.

The view reaches to the "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" and the property goes up to the tracks on which the Sonnenland Draisinen are on the road. On the terrace you can enjoy life with a coffee relaxation, which you can get from the coffee machine for free. What more could you want?

We rent the house to families with children, as well as to guests who want to relax in the beautiful, idyllic Burgenland. We DO NOT rent to YOUTH GROUPS, BACHELORETTE PARTIES or groups who want to have exuberant parties. NO DOGS!!! It has 3 bedrooms with 2 double and 2 single beds, living room with fireplace and terrace. Downstairs is a table tennis room and one of the 3 bedrooms, and also a covered terrace. There is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
