Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Oberhavel

Our stay in Berlin was fantastic! It was easy to communicate with the host, the self-check-in was perfectly organized. Finding the keys was easy and convenient and there were two sets available. The apartment was well-equipped, with a dishwasher being a huge plus. It was spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. The location was ideal, right next to the metro, making it super convenient. Overall, it was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

숙소가 찾기 쉬웠습니다. 사진과 같았고 리모델링된 깨끗한 숙소로 특히 욕실이 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 버스 정류장에서 기까워서 시내까지 나가기 좋았습니다.

Isra was super nice. Proactive and always asking if we need anything. Also left a list of recommendations (a nice park near by with a little zoo was amazing, thanks for recomending it), 2 waffles, 2 bottles of water, and lots of coffees/capuccinos and teas and a Berlin Guide just in case we need it :) Apartment was super nice, clean and very well communicated by public transport (less than an hour from the airport). Martin’s apartment is very comfortable with wide open views across the eastern portion of Berlin. The building and the boulevard are historically significant, which we enjoyed. The subway stop is about 7 minutes walk, and from there the central city is easily accessible. Martin is a great host. I would stay here again when I am in Berlin.

Super appart (grand studio), très agréable, vraiment bien situé dans Berlin et malgré tout très calme (j'ai même été réveillée par le chant des oiseaux !). Bien équipé, vous avez tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et passer quelques jours agréables. La salle de bain est confortable et récente. Il y a une giiigantesque télé devant un giiigantesque canapé, parfait après une journée passée à arpenter les rues de la ville :-) Tout n'est pas forcément adapté à une personne petite comme moi :D Mais Richard a placé une petite escabelle, bien pratique ! Le logement aurait cependant pu être un peu plus propre, ce n'était pas nickel, il y avait pas mal de poussière, calcaire etc. mais pour moi ca n'avait pas beaucoup d'importance car le lit était impeccable. Et un petit bémol pour moi : pas de place dans une armoire, commode ou autre pour ranger mes affaires. Richard a aussi été super gentil, et m'a permis d'arriver beaucoup plus tôt que prévu ! Bref, à recommander !

Alex ist sehr lieb, freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung liegt perfekt für Leute, die mittendrin sein wollen. Es sind zwar 4 lange Stockwerke zu Fuß, aber wenn man jung ist, schafft man das. Ansonsten ist es hellhörig, aber die Fenster isolieren gut. Alles da, was man braucht und die Betten sind suuuuper bequem!🙃

Ein gutes kleines Haus mit guter Verkehrsverbindung. Sabine ist sehr gut und nett, sie hat uns getroffen und mit allem geholfen. Ich kann dieses Haus empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit unseren großen Kindern und ihren 2 Hunden im Jägerhaus mitten im Wald! Das Haus, vor allem die Küche, ist gut ausgestattet – vom Kamin über die Sauna bis hin zur gemütlichen Grillhütte im Garten. Auch sonst war wirklich alles vorhanden. In der Küche gab es sogar Backformen und ein Waffeleisen. Die Betten waren bequem, und auch die Musikanlage hat für die richtige Stimmung gesorgt. Der Vermieter Eugen war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem eingezäunten Grundstück, denn unsere Hunde konnten sich dort frei bewegen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Ein schöner See ist ganz in der Nähe und lädt zu entspannten Spaziergängen und im Sommer auch sicher zum Baden ein! Es fehlte uns an nichts! Internet war vorhanden und in einigen Räumen auch sehr gut und stabil. Ist man auf eine gute Verbindung angewiesen, sollte man sich in das Schlafzimmer mit kleinem Sessel und Tischchen setzen. Wir haben wundervolle Tage in diesem traumhaften Haus und Garten verbracht. Wir waren acht Frauen und neun Kinder und alle waren gleichermaßen begeistert. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies. Jeder hat sein persönliches Highlight gefunden. Sei es die Hollywoodschaukel, die Hühner, der Badezuber, der Kirschbaum, die Katze oder der große Tisch an dem für alle Platz war. Im Haus ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und alles ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, konnten durchatmen, die Natur genießen und gemeinsam eine ganz besondere Zeit verbringen.

Heike ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben für eine Nacht bei ihr mit unseren 2 Hunden übernachtet. Für unsere Zwecke war es eine hervorragende Airbnb-Erfahrung. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

Die Wohnung von Robert hat uns gut gefallen. Die Anbindung ist hervorragend. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und von dort aus ganz entspannt mit der S-Bahn in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, hat aber alles, was man benötigt. Der Garten bietet die Möglichkeit sich draußen aufzuhalten. Das obere Stockwerk ist ziemlich flach. Danke Robert für die angenehme Begrüßung und die Möglichkeit, dass wir in deiner Wohnung in Berlin bleiben durften.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Hier kann man eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr gut und freundlich. Eine klare Empfehlung. Ein tolles Haus, das mit viel Liebe wundervoll eingerichtet wurde. Ein toller Garten mit super Pool und Sauna. Hier kann man den ganzen Tag gut im Garten verbringen.

Es war ganz wunderbar bei Caren. Das Haus hat einen Ofen, gemütliche schlafnischen und eine super ausgestattete Küche.

Die Wohnung war eine Oase der Stille und die Pferde vor den Fenstern ein Highlight. Ich habe mich unglaublich wohlgefühlt in der schön eingerichteten Wohnküche. Die Wohnung war jeden Morgen sonnendurchflutet und das Schnauben der Pferde hatte eine ungemein beruhigende Wirkung. Als Autorin war ich davon begeistert, dass es in jedem Zimmer einen Schreibtisch/Arbeitstisch gibt. Zudem gibt es ein wirklich gutes Bett im großen Hauptschlafzimmer. Wichtig war für mich, dass man sofort zu Fuss in die Felder losgehen konnte und das Auto nicht nutzten mußte. Georg ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Sehr fürsorglich und darauf bedacht, dass es einem hier gutgeht. Ich kann das Apartment absolut als Rückzugsort für Stille und Landschaft empfehen und werde sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Our stay was great, the area seems safe and has a lot of restaurants around, it's very close to a riverside where you can go on nice walks. One slight issue we've had, which isn't particularly Tim's or apartment's fault was that neighbors were sometimes noisy, but that's about the only complaint we could have. Overall it was great, would definitely recommend the place.

Loved the apartment! Central yet quiet since the windows are towards the backyard. But bright and open, because it’s on the fourth floor - and has a lovely balcony. Fresh and tidy yet very personal. Spacious yet cozy and intimate. And Snowy is an absolutely wonderful host! As I told her: there are not enough stars to give!

Aaron’s artsy flat was wonderfully creative, comfortable, and friendly. It invited us to enjoy our space and feel at home in the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the canal and feeding the swans as much as getting mango cheesecake for breakfast at the cafe or pizza for dinner down the street. We got scooters and cruised all over the nearby neighborhoods. It was delightful and fun to explore Berlin from such a nice space. Aaron was infinitely helpful with all questions and issues. When I return to Berlin I will be touching base with Aaron, and hopefully staying in the same flat!

Ángela es una host maravillosa ! Durante mi estadía fue una persona muy atenta y hospitalaria. La habitación es cómoda, tal como se describe y alrededor hay buenos y económicos restaurantes. En cuanto a la ubicación, queda un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad pero el transporte está muy cerca del Air bnb. Volvería a quedarme con Ángela 😊

Die Wohnung war sehr toll und sauber, Alessandro ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber und hat uns nett empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls top, man hat alles in der Nähe und ist gut angebunden. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Karina as a host and the apartment exceeded my expectations. I would have given 10 stars, 5 for each of them. The host is friendly and clean, helpful and pro-active. I was shown around and given tips about the local amenities, and a supermarket is just round the corner. The apartment on the ground floor is just amazing. You can see the feminine touch in the furniture, enjoy the spa bath and the cool room sheltered in the hot city summer by thick roller shutters. The garden has comfortable outdoor furniture to sit in the cooler evening or during breakfast underneath the parasol. Generally, it was very relaxing and I could find inner peace and calm and wind down. Couldn't have been better. Thank you for the lovely stay and your help to make me feel " home away from home"
