This is a dedicated Airbnb property so you will need to shop for supplies. From this 2nd storey apartment there are gorgeous views of the Alps, the cows over the road and a pair of golden Eagles (?) roosting in a nearby tree. Excellent bike storage, spacious, quiet and well equipped. Supermarket (Lidl) short ride. Not much open on Sunday - bakery good option- also note you will need 3 Euros cash pp per night for tourist tax. Great stay!

Die Tage im Paradiesli waren wunderbar! Ich konnte an Leib und Seele auftanken. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft- zum Wandern perfekt! Dazu kommt, dass Ursula äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. So fühlte ich mich sofort zuhause. Die Wohnung ist top- sehr schön und sehr sauber. Ich freue mich schon aufs nächste Mal! Jacqueline

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Einkaufen gleich nebenan, Café auch. In der Stadt ist man schnell, Schwimmbad hats in der nähe, viel Natur. Schöne gedeckte Terrasse

Eigentlich wurde in den anderen Bewertungen schon alles gesagt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von Albert mit Hefezopf, Hörnchen und leckerer Feigenmarmelade verwöhnt! Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, auch, wenn man selber kochen möchte. Wer mit dem Zug anreist, sollte sich eine Verbindung bis Rorschach-Stadt suchen, dann ist der Weg bis zur Wohnung nur 2 Minuten. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Alles weit rund um Bodensee und im Appenzeller Land erreichen. Wir wussten vorher, dass man bei offenem Fenster die Züge hört, bei geschlossenem ist es gut isoliert. Albert war immer zu erreichen, wenn man ihn brauchte und sehr freundlich! Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen verbracht und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Sarah welcomed us warmly and was very helpful, even before our arrival when we inquired about renting bikes. She provided us with information about Hohenems and its surroundings, including places of interest, restaurants, public transport, and more. This information was extremely useful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone planning to stay in Hohenems!

The apartment was spacious and very well furnished. It is the best apartment I ever rented in all my travels. I cannot finds the words that would describe it perfectly. The host was very helpfull and responded timely to any of our questions.

Absolutely fabulous stay at Fabian’s house — truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this home was created with immense passion, care, and a keen eye for detail. Every corner of the house exudes comfort and style, blending Swiss charm with modern luxury. It’s spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and fully equipped with everything one could possibly need for a perfect stay. The view? Simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning to the majestic mountains of the Swiss Alps right outside the window was like living in a postcard. The location is serene, yet conveniently located for exploring the surrounding areas, hiking, or just soaking in the peaceful alpine vibe. Fabian was an incredible host, and we were lucky to also meet his wonderful parents and friend — all of whom went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their warmth, helpfulness, and local insights truly elevated our stay.

Simons Unterkunft ist gemütlich, sauber und hat alles was man so braucht für einen kurzen oder auch langen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist zentral und nah an der Bushaltestelle. Nach St. Gallen braucht man so nur 15 Minuten. Simon war immer schnell erreichbar und sehr flexibel.

Ilona & Andrej waren super zu erreichen, die Gegend ist spitze und es ist ruhig. Das Apartment übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Wir waren zu dritt und würden jederzeit wieder reservieren.

Wir waren mit 7 Mädels in der Wohnung und rundum zufrieden. Alles war super – sauber, ordentlich und genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und haben es nach unseren Radtouren abends genossen, auf Terrasse oder Gartensitzplatz den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett, der Hofladen mit Gartenmöbeln und anderen netten Dingen, schön zum Stöbern und Entdecken sehr empfehlenswert. Der Birnencidre hat uns besonders gemundet. An diesen Urlaub werden wir uns gerne erinnern.

The place was immaculate and Christine had even laid out some ski pants and jacket I could borrow during my stay due to some last minute issues getting my things shipped to me from home. The apartment was spacious with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen/eating area, and bathroom. There were special little touches throughout. The views from the balcony are incredible as well!

Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage mit einem tollen Aussichtspunkt ganz in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist super schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – absolut empfehlenswert!

It was a stay made very easy. It's so central and nice to get to the water and all restaurants are in reach. Robert has been very easy to contact and the apartment was super comfortable and very clean. They welcomed us with a little chocolate treat waiting on the kitchen table, felt super welcome!

The accommodation was exactly as described, spacious indoors and outside, with a fabulous garden looking onto the countryside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy more than the hot tub - which was fantastic! There is a bus all the way from the property to the island of Lindau. The host was very friendly and helpful, at the same time giving us space. A brilliant place we would definitely recommend!

Wir haben die schöne und grosszügig ausgestattete Wohnung sehr genossen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die kleine, aber feine Sauna war ein Highlight. Andreas war sehr aufmerksam, hat uns problemlos fehlendes Kaminholz vorbeigebracht. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung sehr weiter empfehlen.

Vielen Dank an die Vermieter. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Diesen schönen Ort muss man selbst erleben und somit empfehlen wir jedem, hier in der Natur am Wald mit wunderschönem Weitblick zu verweilen. Danke und viele Grüße. Sabine und Thomas

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und insbesondere das Schlafzimmer und das Bad sehr gross. Bei den aktuellen Temperaturen ist die Whg angenehm kühl. Schön fand ich auch den direkten Blick auf den Bio-Hof und die Tiere (für meinen Hund seeehr spannend:-) . Für Hunde gibt's zudem eine grosse eingezäunte Wiese.. Super!!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für ein gemeinsames Wochenende mit Freunden genutzt und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Elke ist eine super Gastgeberin und die Wohnung ist echt schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Gerne wieder!

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

the house was fantastic, beautiful farm house with traditional Swiss decor. the lift was amazing for us with 2 people in wheelchairs, it made things a lot easier.
