Linens, towels and dish towels are available! We attach great importance to cleanliness and are always there for our guests. Barbecue evenings, free archery unit possible. Max. 10 minutes to the lake. Walking distance!

Bright and spacious!

The property is located in the "Gästehaus Mörtl," a house from the 1960s. It is located in the middle of the village of Faak am See. The lake is only a few minutes' walk away, turquoise blue, with magnificent mountain views. It is one of the southernmost and warmest swimming lakes in Austria. The property has access to the garden with mountain views. Train station, pharmacy, doctor, supermarket and inn are very close. The area invites you to countless activities, such as hiking, cycling or swimming.

Sehr viele Attraktionen liegen in der nähe und Italien und Slowenien sind in 25 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar

Lovely apartment near the lake

Enjoy this cozy apartment with large balcony and partial view of Lake Faak. Very centrally located and only a few minutes walk from the public beach (free of charge). The nicely furnished apartment can accommodate two to three people. Open-plan kitchen and living area with pleasant atmosphere, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Bikes can be parked in the private, lockable basement compartment. A grocery store is opposite.

Vacation home, near Lake Faak

What to expect: A cozy, lovingly furnished and idyllically located 50 square meter apartment on the second floor of our house. Ideal for two people. You will stay in an adjacent nature reserve with a fitness course, through which you can walk to the beautiful Lake Faak in 15 minutes, which you can enjoy free of charge with our bathing cards and in winter you are only 15 minutes by car from the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn.
