Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Direkt am Naturschutzsee gelegen, in Ortsrandlage mit großem Grundstück bietet unser Ferienhaus das richtige Ambiente zum Relaxen. Erst 2024 von meinem Vater und mir fertiggestellt erwartet unsere Gäste ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, neues Ferienhaus mit Blick auf den See. Die Terasse bietet Gelegenheit einen lauen Sommerabend im Freien zu verbringen. Im Schatten der großen Bäume ist es schön kühl. Die historische Ziegelsteinwand und der gemütliche Kamin im Wohnzimmer runden das Ambiente ab.

Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Our detached (without neighbors) DanWood Point 128 vacation home with 120 square meters of living space is on a 900 sqm property and offers enough space for six people. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the outside, there is a 7x4m terrace with awning, an 8.5x4m heated pool with sliding roof, a jacuzzi and a large outdoor sauna. A 6x6m garage with wallbox is also available.

Our beautiful apartment is located in a half-timbered house from 1749 in a quiet location in the Vogelsberg. The apartment offers up to 6 sleeping accommodations (2x double beds, 2x single beds) and is equipped with a spacious combined kitchen/living room. The property with a stream, pond and horse paddock invites you to linger. A patio with outdoor dining area can also be used by our guests. Dogs are also very welcome here.
