Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas with direct access to Chinamans Beach & Rosherville Reserve from the outside deck. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. The house is steps away from a beach in Sydney’s Middle Harbor and near Rosherville Reserve, a quiet park with picnic areas. Surrounded by national parks and great walking tracks, Mosman offers beautiful scenery and views of Sydney Harbor. Located 5min drive to Mosman cafes and shops or a 10min leisurely stroll to Balmoral Beach. Just a short walk to the bus stop for a 20min bus into Sydney CBD or 20mins bus to Manly Beach. If walking is not your thing, Mosman Council has a free courtesy bus available and you can find the timetable at http://mosmanrider.net/ The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, microwave / oven, induction hot plate, toaster, jug and necessities. On the outside deck there is an electric barbecue. If you require an additional bedroom this can be arranged .There is an additional guest room on the same level across the courtyard. A great place to stay! Location is amazing so so close to the beach and the main cafe on the wharf. The apartment was great too. Room was big enough for us to fit a portacot. Our dog came with us and it was so accommodating to dogs, the water bowl, and toys. We will be staying again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Erika’s and will definitely be back! It was perfect, very spacious, and an amazing play area for our child with heaps of great toys for him to use! Fully stocked kitchen, high quality linen, so cosy and comfy. A quick walk down the hill to balmoral, the location is perfect. Erika went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and we are so grateful for her flexibility with check in and a late check out! Thank you Erika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back!

Mosman is a hidden gem, highly recommended by the locals. The apartment is located near key amenities, shopping and parks, with just a 5 min drive to Balmoral (another hidden gem recommended by the locals). We had everything we needed for our family with a 4 month old. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking to explore and stay in a unique suburb close to the city.

My husband, son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place in Mosman. Having stayed and worked in the area before we knew how invaluable the location was for our favourite cafes and local spots as well as the main bus stops. Helen was super friendly as well and the place had everything we needed.
