We had an absolutely magical stay at Yiimtii. Words cannot do it justice. Marytere and Naïm are kind, generous hosts who are doing such special and important work preserving this land and sharing it with others. Truly one of the best moments of my life was spotting whales traversing the Pacific in the water below the gorgeous cliff dining area where we were sipping coffee and eating a delicious breakfast. Cannot recommend this enough to anyone looking to disconnect, get close to nature, and experience the profound beauty of the Oaxacan coast.

Todo muy padre , Jose luis y su familia unas grandes personas y muy amables , el lugar muy bien con ventilador muy bueno para el calorcito y en muy buenas condiciones , fue un placer estar ahí , está sobre la carretera para llegar a mazunte , cerca del pueblo a diez minutos caminando

I would highly recommend a stay ....happy people super helpful....great place ...I was sick and they made me a rice drink with cinnamon and got me back on my feet..if you travel to Oaxaca I recommend you stay a couple days and enjoy the place, people,and food wish all the places I've been or stayed where like this place 😀

We had wanted to get out of Oaxaca City for a few days and at the last minute discovered Emmanuel's listing and we are so glad we did! The accommodations and surroundings were just what we needed - beautiful and peaceful! The bed was super comfortable and will be missed! We loved our private outdoor kitchen and used it daily. The hosts were attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

This place is unspoiled and a welcoming change to the very active Puerto Escondido. The waters are glistening at this waterfront property. The room I transferred to provided me with a nice breeze at night and access to viewing the stars while cocooning in the hammock. I even spent time on the porch w candle light. This place provides comfortable accommodations and has a family style kitchen for cooking and storing food and beverages. Take advantage of the 5 ft pool / kid pool at the threshold of beach sand and hammocks! Either beachside or poolside you’ll be on the right side! Be sure to bring a few extra pesos to try out the only local restaurant in this area. They have some really good options for all.

Great stay! beautiful location, very nice big room. downside is the restaurant is closing very early.

Great place with amazing views above the mountains. The employees of the hotel were really sweet. The restaurant (with a kid's menu too) is open from 8am to 5-6pm. It's really easy to go by mototaxi to the pueblo (5-10 min away from the finca). I recommend to visit the Cascada (400$ aprox. and it's 30 min away from the finca). There is a playground and a pool perfect for kids. I traveled with my family with two kids (3yo and 10 mo).

The location of this place is incredible. Directly looking out at the lagoon with a 1 minute walk to the beach side. The beds were comfortable and the AC was great. I will be back!

Absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous finca. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. My husband enjoyed Temazcal experience and my daughter loved the playground and zip lining. There are many trees and flowers, lots of birds and butterflies at the property. A few hiking trails. And we saw how coffee grows which was amazing. Spectacular Mountain views all around. 5 min away from town. We would definitely stay here again.
