We loved our stay at Mauricio's place. He was kind enough to allow us a bit of an early check in to escape the heat. The apt was a great and comfortable stay for our few days in Oaxaca.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment was very nice, clean and is in an excellent area to explore downtown Oaxaca. Skarlett was a kind and attentive hostess during our stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Overall this loft was a great place to stay at during our time in Oaxaca, it is pretty close to the centro which was very convenient for us and the place was very comfortable. The area around the loft however can get quite noisy at times throughout the night since there are always cars passing by.

Gio's place was perfect for my few nights in Oaxaca and I appreciated how attentive he was to all the details and any questions I had. The apartment had everything I needed and I slept very comfortably each night. One thing, the windows overlook a street that was busy at some times and noisy at times. It didn't bother me but it is worth nothing. I'd stay there again.

Being inside, you don't hear the noise of the street, a very nice place, I highly recommend it, it's close to the center, walking a few blocks

Great place, very comfortable, close to everything.

I had a great experience during my stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. I requested a few recommendations and she was quick to assist us in what we needed. The location was fantastic- walking distance to many restaurants, el zocalo, and Mercado 20 de Noviembre. The space was well equipped. I was pleasantly surprised to find a full size mirror, which I noticed many places fail to have. There is a small store next door where one can buy snacks, water, ect. Overall, the host's attention to detail and great location where the highlights of this stay!

The apartment was wonderful, without exaggeration it feels like an oasis of comfort, peace and calm, to return to rest after enjoying the adventure in the city. We had a great stay and would recommend! Location is perfect just outside of the Centro tourist zone with a bunch of new small cafes and shops. The interior was thoughtfully decorated, super spacious and comfy. A previous guest mentioned that there’s street noise which is true but a glass separation blocks all the sound from the bedrooms. It’s a typical Oaxaca 1 story building so to be expected. Most of all, the hospitality was great! We were greeted with chocolates and mezcal, offered local tips, and our host was always super responsive. Highly recommend!

Loved our Xochi apartment we called home for a week during Dia de Muertos! The neighborhood was so nice and the walk to Centro and Jalatlaco was perfect. The apartment was very clean and private. The bed, shower and kitchen pristine and comfortable. Loved the comped breakfast right out the back door to the restaurant. Perfect! I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone staying in Oaxaca. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing place to stay! Host was super responsive and helpful with any inquiries wether it was concerning my stay at the location or questions regarding the surrounding area. I felt at home and most importantly my belongings felt secure which is a big plus. Beautiful view from the roof, clean place, and very cozy! Will definitely return in the event of another visit! Daniel is a great host! The place is super convenient and comfortable. Far enough away from all the downtown action for peace and quiet and a 10 minute walk to be in the middle of it all. Highly recommend. Will stay with Daniel again if we are ever back in Oaxaca!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! It's in an amazing location -- so easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Oaxaca, the hosts are super responsive and even allowed us to drop our bags off super early so we could roam around the city bag-free the morning we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed and more. I worked remote and had great internet! The beds are comfy, and honestly, we didn't find the noise too bad as the other reviews described (though I am not too bothered by noise in general). I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a 2BR stay in a very convenient location!

Thank you so much for another amazing stay (this was our second time here). Absolutely beautiful property and the perfect size for a group of 6 - so many different spaces to hang out, work, or have downtime for ourselves. Communication, check-in process, and general information/guidance were excellent.

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

great place to stay with a big group

Due to the geography of the city, in this area the houses do not handle garcheras, if you are one of those who car is very worried about leaving your car in the street Think well, if you arrive without a car , it is the best because you remove that earring. Of the rest, everything is OK host and installation.

Our stay was very comfortable, the guard was always very attentive and friendly, it is worth making room to enjoy the apartment, the area is quiet and the view is beautiful. Rosa provides you with all the necessary information about the place and recommendations for the city. As a recommendation, you should book taxis in advance for departures.

A highly recommended place, we loved everything, the jacuzzi is amazing, everything is very tidy, clean and beautiful. We would definitely come back.
