Apartment holiday rentals in Oaxaca

We loved our stay at Mauricio's place. He was kind enough to allow us a bit of an early check in to escape the heat. The apt was a great and comfortable stay for our few days in Oaxaca.

This gorgeous apartment was my favorite part of Oaxaca—which is saying something! Incredible design, so much natural light, a huge closet, superfast wifi, extra security and thoughtful touches and amenities. Is one side of the place loud during the day? Yes. But it's only during the day (when most are our exploring) and city sounds beats the noise of tourists. The other side is a beautiful balcony that opens up to a tree and a dead end, so zero noise. But the real standout is the kindness of the entire family, who welcome you with snacks and mezcal (and more mezcal!), checking up on you and always making sure you're alright. This is a real neighborhood, with the real Oaxaca surrounding you. A 20 min walk into the center or a quick taxi. Places like this are why we chose Airbnb over a sterile hotel, and this place will be the only one I ever stay in when in Oaxaca. 15 stars if I could!

Our stay was excellent. The apartment was very nice, clean and is in an excellent area to explore downtown Oaxaca. Skarlett was a kind and attentive hostess during our stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Overall this loft was a great place to stay at during our time in Oaxaca, it is pretty close to the centro which was very convenient for us and the place was very comfortable. The area around the loft however can get quite noisy at times throughout the night since there are always cars passing by.

Loved this flat! Such a great location so comfortable close to everything! - you have everything you need in the flat. I felt safe and secure in the neighbourhood and found everyone so friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic taco restaurant next door and a great cafe called Rustiko up the block. Highly recommend this place and will stay again when I return to this lovely city

We loved our stay! Beautiful apartment that was super walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Very peaceful on weekdays, but be warned it can be loud on weekends. Don’t let that deter you, though, the place is wonderful!!

We were welcomed by Lorena who gave clear instructions how to get to the apartment before starting our journey. The apartment is perfect and we even got a local mezcal and some chocolate as a welcome gift. It's just a 10 min walk to the city center where you can find lots of bars and restaurants. Daniel is a great host! The place is super convenient and comfortable. Far enough away from all the downtown action for peace and quiet and a 10 minute walk to be in the middle of it all. Highly recommend. Will stay with Daniel again if we are ever back in Oaxaca!

Beautiful home set back from the main road, so very peaceful at night. Great location - easy to walk everywhere. Would recommend!

The room is very well equipped, the air conditioning is a plus for the heat of Oaxaca. You have shops, supermarkets and the center 15 min walk. Would definitely stay here again. In addition, Karla was always very kind and responded quickly to our questions

This place was great! A perfect fit for me as a solo traveller who likes her space :). The bed is comfy, the kitchen and living space are welcoming, and the shower does get hot (just gotta have some patience with it!). The location is walkable to everything you need to access in Centro. It is a thoughtfully designed space with all the amenities you need! The hosts are super responsive which is always nice! There is street noise at night so if you are super sensitive to noise this may not be the right fit, but it didn’t bother me! Enjoy your stay!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Oaxaca! The hostess was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The place itself was beautiful, spotless, and in a perfect location—close to everything we needed. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely woman who gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, which made our trip even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Oaxaca and would absolutely love to stay here again next time I’m in town!

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

great place to stay with a big group

Due to the geography of the city, in this area the houses do not handle garcheras, if you are one of those who car is very worried about leaving your car in the street Think well, if you arrive without a car , it is the best because you remove that earring. Of the rest, everything is OK host and installation.

Our stay was very comfortable, the guard was always very attentive and friendly, it is worth making room to enjoy the apartment, the area is quiet and the view is beautiful. Rosa provides you with all the necessary information about the place and recommendations for the city. As a recommendation, you should book taxis in advance for departures.

A highly recommended place, we loved everything, the jacuzzi is amazing, everything is very tidy, clean and beautiful. We would definitely come back.
