Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Oakwood Village, York

Place is even better than photos and description can show. It is a open concept home with windows in all the rooms, desks and chairs, overhead fans in each room, to make everyone staying comfortable. House was stocked up with a lot of useful miscellaneous items as well; spice cabinet, cookbook, board games, plenty of bed linens and towels, cleaning supply cabinet, etc. Very clean upon entry. Yafit was a great host and always communicated on tips to help us during the winter. The location is also very central right next to the bus and very fast commute to downtown.

Friendly and accommodating host -- it was a shame we had to cut the stay short for personal reasons, as it was a place we'd love to have stayed longer in. Clean and comfortable basement apartment.

Ana is a great host and was caring and responsive. I stayed there a couple of months and felt at home. It was really great to have a private unit all to myself and for relatively reasonable price. The location is very convenient, with public transit, grocery stores, libraries, and lots of other stores very close by. The unit is quite spacious. The kitchen is probably more suitable for light cooking or heating of food, and there’s not a ton of refrigerator space. My only discomfort during my stay was that when the weather was very cold, the heat in the room was very warm, especially at night. But it made the laundry dry quickly, which was good. All in all, I’m glad I found this place and I really enjoyed my stay.

Wow! This place is a GEM. It looks exactly like the photos, it's beautifully designed, has everything you need. Just a pleasure to be in. The air conditioning keeps the place nice and cool. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the lighting is gorgeous! You can make it bright and cheerful or warm and cozy. It's so clean! I loved the shower and desk area. The neighborhood is so great! Fantastic restaurants within walking distance and so close to the TTC to get all around the city. The street she's on is one of the prettiest I've seen with a beautiful garden out front. Thi was very friendly and helpful. Responded quickly to questions and had some great suggestions of what to do and where to eat. It's super easy to get in and out too. I love this place and I would 100% stay here next time I'm in town. I was there by myself, and as a woman, I felt totally safe.

Lucia is such a kind, amazing, and generous host. Her house is huge and spacious, and feels like an animation studio museum in the basement. Quiet. Clean. Homey. The location is spectacular, next to Yorkdale Mall, and Yorkdale Station, so many restaurants nearby. Accessible to 401 highway. This is the place to be when in Toronto. 🥰

The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was convenient, and Quan was very responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again!

Had an amazing time staying in this place for a week! Beautiful decor from top to bottom especially the kitchen; The hosts were lovely and always willing to help us when needed even though the place was already equipped with everything we need. 10/10 would stay again.

Maya and Dado had such a lovely, cozy, and clean place for my sister and I to stay. The area was nice, secluded, and had a short walk to the subway station. The hosts were super responsive and very friendly! 100% recommend!

Fantastic stay! The photos do not do it justice - the space is well designed and beautifully executed. And SO clean. I don’t think I’d recommend it for small children, but my 8-year old told me it was the ‘coolest place ever’ and as we left this morning said she ‘hasn’t slept this good in months’. Great location too. Definitely look forward to coming back next time we’re in Toronto.

The location really makes this apartment, it's fabulous and there are tons of things around. Great views and feels very safe. The decor feels like an airbnb and with a few things could tip the scale from great to amazing. It would've been nice to have coffee on site, and better lighting, all the lighting is overhead and a lamp or two would've made a big difference!

It was a really nice and comfortable little spot. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. We will be back!

Lovely place! Great location.

Just what we needed for our quick trip to the Toronto area. Transit was readily available via bus. The space was comfy, cozy, and clean! Trains pass by fairly closely but we didn't find that it was too loud. There are also grocery stores and food options nearby, within walking distance in case you forgot something for your trip or need to grab a bite. Overall, great stay and very happy with choosing this listing!

Mehrdads condo was perfect for us. The view from the balcony, the proximity for bars and restaurants the CN tower and aquarium. Ten minute walk to union street train station. The condo was comfortable and well furnished and we felt very settled as soon as we moved in. Communication and entry on arrival was hassle free. Would totally recommend !

Andrews Place is perfect for a solo traveler. The property is clean, private, and offers excellent transport access to very interesting places. You can catch a direct bus from Toronto YYZ Airport with no need to change buses, and it's just less than a 10-minute walk to the property from the bus stop. It was truly great value for money.

One is always wary of booking online. However, Alyssa’s quick responses to our questions and clear instructions regarding our check-in lowered our concerns. This included photos of the location of the lock box along with codes. While the building was busy the room was quiet. We were very pleased and will book again with her.

Great location in the heart of Yorkville. A few minutes walk to a lot of good restaurants, museum, subway, etc. Clean, well stocked. Keep in mind this is a prime location which explains the high price for a small unit. Highly recommend.
