We had a very comfortable stay! The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is very cozy, and the bathroom is excellent. The host's suggested restaurants are fantastic! Definitely check out the nearby sushi place. The bus stop is fairly close. The host has given fair warning about there being a bit of noise from the kids and dog upstairs. If you're afraid of a larger dog occasionally being in the yard or can't stand any noise this might not be the best fit, but it'd be hard to find nicer accommodations at this price.

Exactly as pictured/described. Great location for accessing public transit (bus is few min away and subway station is not far walk). Excellent communication by Kimberly! A thoughtful host … welcome note and a couple of cool beverages for me! The place is comfortable/cosy for one person. I slept well. Kimberly was available (but not intrusive), kind, clear, prompt, and proactive in providing info to help me navigate and settle in.

Michael and Lydia are wonderful hosts and I enjoyed my stay at their place. The room is spacious, nicely decorated, well-furnished, and clean. There's a subway station within walking distance, so it was very easy and convenient to get downtown.
