Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Oak Park

This place was incredibly adorable, decorated perfectly and also in an incredible neighborhood. This is a place I will bookmark for all my future stays in Detroit. Also, who doesn’t love a coach house? It has all the flavor of historic Detroit, but is also located really close to great coffee, shops, restaurants, and other things to do. We will be back soon..

Kathy's home is absolutely lovely. The furnishings were beautiful and the home was well-equipped for our stay. The yard has so many pretty flowers and was serene. I would highly recommend this place to stay and would definitely stay again if I'm the area. Thank you for being such a thoughtful and kind host, Kathy!

Parking in back is tight if you have a larger car. Safe location. The place had all the kitchen amenities needed-a small stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. I saw an iron and a hairdryer but didn’t need them. The white towels were nice and clean, plus the queen bed was very soft & comfortable. The white sheets were also comfy and clean. The place is dated and has that older studio feel (I chose not to soak in the tub) yet it was very tidy and maintained. The place has character. The area is tree lined, and was quiet and walkable. We did not use the tv. It’s a good value and I would recommend for a short stay and for a business trip it was ideal. Thank you!

The home is beautiful! Our first night, the neighbors upstairs were really loud all night but the issue was resolved when I reached out to Prosper Housing! Very clean, comfy beds!

I'm so happy I found this place so I could go see a concert at the Masonic Temple which was only 2 blocks away. Everything was perfect about the stay from great communication, easy to find, free parking, clean and very comfortable space. I will definitely be coming back next time I visit Detroit.

It's like staying in a hotel room at a non-hotel building and surrounding. Pretty neat. No living room space if you are looking for one- most hotels have an arm chair. This didn't.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home, which has a great location near the waterfront. The house itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, perfectly blending charm with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, which ensured restful nights after long walks exploring the waterfront and the town of Walkerville. We felt right at home at Michael's house! The location was perfect for exploring all the fun that downtown Ferndale had to offer! We appreciated how clean Michael's home was and all of the fun and diverse decor! Michael communicated every detail we needed to know and was always quick with a friendly response. Located in a great spot for a trip to Detroit, house was clean and has plenty to do. Luis was responsive and helpful - would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Exactly As Advertised We very much enjoyed our stay. The listing was spot on—everything was as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. WiFi worked well and without issues. Check-in/out was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt; two minor issues were managed in little time. We would happily stay here again.

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Elainea's condo was a nice size with full kitchen and our stay was peaceful and quiet. Elainea was very responsive to any questions, and I would stay again if in the area!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

Our stay in the Navy Yard Condo B was great in every respect. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to navigate and very well equipped, and the sitting room had nice comfortable furniture. From there and the balcony we enjoyed a great view of the lovely street and river. We parked right beside the Salty Dog restaurant both nights. We walked to No Frills, to the beer store and to dinner one night. The location was perfect. The condo was halfway between our visits to Windsor and to the wineries! Jason was a responsive and attentive host. We'll be back for sure!
