Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Oak Park

Very clean,didnt feel old and dingy..very peaceful place to relax. The staff was great,the wife and i were out at night out on the terrace and my wife was cold and had forgotten her sweater so one of the staff members brought out a small blanket for her to stay warm..greatly appreciated .. overall a great stay!!

I think one of the strongest points of this Airbnb is the location, although you have to navigate windy roads, you find yourself at the very top of Malibu; the epic views and peaceful vibe make it well worth the drive. The Airbnb sits beneath the main house; although it is private, you are not detached. I had no issue as the host Nicholas is a wonderful man, a great communicator, and was very helpful. A blissful stay for me!

Barbara and Gunther were nothing less than the perfect hosts. Their place is fantastic, great location and spotless. MauMau is the friendliest cat I have ever met and has pushed me to get a cat of my own! Barbara and Gunther went out of their way to make our stay fantastic, provided great snacks, recommendations and an amazing place to stay which felt homely as well as being spotlessly clean. We will certainly be returning if we are in LA again, and will be recommending to any friends and family. The guys were extremely friendly and we couldn’t recommend them enough.

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

The house is really nice and cozy. Easy to access. Kitchen has all the required utensils and other cookware.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy Airbnb in a very nice and convenient part of Santa Monica. The space is thoughtfully designed and makes excellent use of every corner — even including all types of phone charging connectors, which was a great touch for travelers. The backyard is beautifully decorated, and we really enjoyed having breakfast out there both mornings. Smitha was a fantastic host — very communicative and welcoming. She even shared some fresh fruit with us, which was such a kind gesture.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Very comfortable. Great living space. Comfortable bed. Nice linens and towels. Kureig with coffee, including decaf!! A small basket of snacks. They had it stocked with everything I needed. Decorated very nicely. Super quiet neighborhood.

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

Great spot. Nestled in the canyon. Private. Was comfortable. We appreciate the “tranquility” and I believe this house made our trip special. Only feedback is that the WiFi speed needs a boost. Thank you Shawn for a very enjoyable stay at this property. It’s pretty amazing.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely home. The house was very clean and well-kept, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The peaceful garden was a highlight — perfect for relaxing with a coffee or just unwinding. Communication with the host was excellent: responsive, clear, and respectful of our space, which really helped us feel at home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay.

Hamed’s place was great! We were there for just a weekend to attend a wedding nearby in Thousand Oaks/Quail Ranch. Perfect location. We enjoyed the view from the hill, and had fun in the mornings sitting outside on the porch with sipping coffee and identifying the birds! Would stay again if we were ever back in the area.

Absolutely superb home! Beautifully appointed perfectly situated close to everything. The home has so much space and is one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed at with Airbnb Fantastic hosts by the way!!!

I just want to say how grateful I am for Judy and how accommodating and kind she was to us. We had to evacuate due to the Palisades fire and were displaced from our home for over two weeks with no indication of when we could go home. Every day we thought perhaps we could check out and go home, only to find our roads were still closed. Judy was so patient and let us decide last minute to stay another night or not, and she even worked with us on the pricing because of our situation. The house was exactly what we needed for my elderly mother, husband, young daughter and two dogs. We could even walk to the park down the street which my daughter loved. She in fact said the "house was the most beautiful" and didn't want to go home. Thank you Judy for taking care of us!

Listing was clean and as described. Location was walkable and close to many metro bike stations, where you can rent bikes for pretty cheap. I’d recommend going up north more towards Santa Monica than south towards Venice.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Very nice place to relax after a busy day in LA. The patio is beautiful and inviting. The place itself is cute and perfect for 2. An Avis car rental is literally around the corner which is super convenient. Although most restaurants and busy Santa Monica streets are not far, be aware that it is a good 20-30 mn walk through a commercial area to get there.

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.
