Jessica is an awesome, responsive, and helpful host for a very clean, relaxing, family-style house. It was the perfect place for my family to use as a base camp for vacationing in the area. It's very close to kayaking, and just a short drive to white water rafting, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Thanks Jessica for being such a wonderful host!

Christine's place was such a peaceful home for a getaway. The home was well-appointed and cared for, and was walkable to the downtown Hinton area's restaurants and shops. The home was just as advertised and was very clean and comfortable! Christine was a great host who sent helpful messages and has a guestbook with great tips on what to see/where to visit in the area. She had a crate for our pup, along with treats/toys/poop-bags/food bowls, etc. which made it easy for him to settle in and relax in a new place. I'd definitely recommend the home to others traveling in the area!

My only suggestion and I don’t really even know how to word it.. I had no idea how many people it could “sleep.” People should know that you could sleep quite a few people there. I don’t think it would be fun to hang out with as many people inside of the house, it’s not huge and not for that. There are so many amazing paths for walking and exploring! We had a GREAT time! Thank You!

I had the best time here! Literally minutes from downtown Fayetteville, quiet, and the yard is what sold me because it was fenced in for my dog to wander. The yard is huge! The house is also bigger than it looks. It was clean and had everything we could ever need in a home. Plenty of towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, working kitchen, coffee pot, wifi, etc. Great firepit and back porch with nice string lights. There were dog beds and even a place mat for my dog outside that she loved. Great vibes all around. I travel to this area often and will definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and the amenities of this house. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and met all of our needs. Beds were comfortable. When it rained outside, we couldn't hear it inside. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed along with my friends at this property for one day. The location was very peaceful and the house was clean. I specially liked the kitchen since it was in pristine condition and had every equipment working. The property also has a very nice courtyard and the New River Gorge National Park is also located close by.

My second time staying at Julia’s and was equally as good as the first. She is a top rate host and makes the stay easy.

Great location, safe neighborhood, close to shopping centers and restaurants. Host was very nice and easy to work with; I had to modify my reservation several times and she was accommodating every single time. Nice and clean town home with everything I needed. Will definitely rent at this location again, and recommend to friends and family.

Erin's home was perfect for our trip to New River Gorge National Park. The location, within walking distance to downtown Fayetteville was perfect. There were stores and restaurants nearby and the entrance to the National Park was a short 5 minute drive. The home was exactly as described and shown in photos, with all the amenities we needed. We particularly appreciated the amount of space, pool and hot tub as well as the fully fenced in backyard because we were travelling with our dog. As a host Erin was incredibly responsive, provided helpful information about the house and area. We could not recommend her house enough, it was fantastic for our needs and trip and hope to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the pool and lake, soaking in the hot tub and sweating in the sauna. We enjoyed long hikes with a puppy and challenging bike rides. The Kayaking was awesome with or without a fishing pole. We cooked dinner every evening at the lake kitchen as the sun was setting and played board games until midnight. It was an awesome vacation! Thank you so much Rick, and caretakers, Mark and Tyler, for all of your hard work and excellent communication. You provided everything we needed to enjoy a secluded, peaceful vacation, and we are looking forward to returning to Dawson Lake in August.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean and cozy. We appreciated the extra cozy blankets provided and extra towels. The location was perfect and we were close to everything that we came up to do! Thank you also for the warm welcome & water & snacks. They really came in handy. The tent was a little bit smaller than I imagined, but it was an amazing place. Stocked up with all the necessary things for a good glamping experience! Loved every minute there!! I will definitely come back again 😁❤️

The house in Oak Hill was in a great location for our visit to New River Gorge National Park. We were only minutes from all kinds of activities in the area. We really enjoyed white-water rafting & hiking. It was always nice to come back to the house and enjoy some family time in the evenings. It has a very nice open floor plan with plenty of space to spread out. It was a plus that our two small dogs were able to join us as well. Thank you for the accommodations.

Safe, quiet neighborhood with thoughtful accommodations inside. Back deck was great for morning or evening coffee. Kitchen and bathroom were clean with hot water readily available for after-hike showers.

Wonderful place. The kids had so much fun with all the games in the basement and watching the train go by. The outdoor spaces and fire pit were greaf. Our rafting location, groceries, restaurants and coffee were all within 20 minutes. We will definitely try and book again for our annual rafting trip.

Kevin was very responsive and helpful leading up to and throughout the stay. The home was a nice little gem in Oak Hill and offered nice spaces to hang with a group of people both inside and outside. Would definitely stay here again when we're back in the area!

After seeing the place we booked 4 more nights. Perfect place for exploring the area. The hosts were awesome. I will be back!!!!

Such a lovely home! Very close to the town of Fayetteville for great food options and adorable boutiques. 15 mins to Canyon Rim Visitor’s Center and 10 mins from Thurmond turnoff. The kitchen is super cute and stacked with high end appliances, making cooking family dinners a blast. Each room has its own color theme and plenty of space and was very clean! The beds and pillows were SO comfortable!! The bathrooms had luxurious shower heads and upgraded mirrors and faucets. Just a ton of nice little touches in this home. The theater room was SO NICE and the fire pit made for some great memories. And there were epic battles in the game room! This home is packed with fun things to do and little luxuries to make your vacation extra special. Darien was friendly and very responsive. He proactively checked in on us and responded immediately when we needed him. Overall, a great stay and a place we would love to visit again!
