Place was beautiful inside and everything was super clean. The sofa bed was actually very comfortable! Quick 10min lyft drive to Broadway and main attractions. Loved that we had a Kroger grocery store 10mins away. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe or had any problems. There is a liquor store about 2mins away, but definitely avoid going at night. Overall, i would definitely stay here again!!

Melanie was very responsive and super helpful with our stay! Everything was clean and organized. Short Uber trip to Broadway that was reasonable prices. Will stay here again for sure!

Staying at Stephanie's place was a wonderful experience! The apartment was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Stephanie was a fantastic host – very responsive to messages and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. The location was perfect for exploring the city, it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend it!

Andrew’s place felt like home away from home. Clean, Nashville decor (super cute) and they have everything you might need for your stay. Plus plenty of parking. The location was perfect for a visit to Nashville.

The place was great, exactly as pictured! Dalton was a wonderful host. Very clean, comfortable and very clear check in and out instructions.

I always like staying here it is a great place that is just like home. Karla was great because I made a mistake on my booking when I did it and she notified me and extended my stay with no problems. She does a great job!

Comfortable for our short stay, not too far from any part of Nashville. Appreciated the pet-friendliness though we ended up not needing to take advantage of it. Nice, quiet neighborhood far enough away from the bustle of downtown.

We absolutely loved staying at Hillview Heights! The place was quiet, private and had everything we needed for our stay with only a ten minute drive to all things Nashville. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place for anyone going to Nashville.

Had a great stay! Quentin was helpful, friendly and gave great recommendations for restaurants nearby. When staying though be sure to read the arrival instructions throughly, we got lost in the neighborhood trying to find the alleyway.

Everything was great: clean, cozy, comfy bed. Would recommend!

Kelly’s place is gorgeous. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and the sheets are so soft. I slept like a baby. Place is pristine. E-bikes across the street were super convenient and uber/lyft is also very cheap to local sites. Kelly was also super kind and flexible with check-in which was greatly appreciated.

The yard was wonderful for pets. I loved the friendly greeter that met us at the gate. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was just as described. Thank you!

Everything was pretty great. It wasn’t extremely close to much, but it seemed to be in a sweet spot, where, with a 15 minute walk you could reach some great parts of town. We walked everywhere, but we like to see the city and all the neighbourhoods wherever we go. Some people may need to ride or drive. Comfortable beds. Quiet enough. Responsive host. Everything seemed well thought out. Pool was too cold at the time, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice. My only issue was with the thermostat and temperature in the living/ rental space. We found it cold and unnecessary for the AC to be on most of the time. The temperature outside was cool for this time of year. Emile is aware of the issue and said he would look into it but I think it’s necessary to mention that we did lose some sleep because of it. Still 5 stars.

Stephanie was very attentive with all our needs. She responded quickly and check in to see how we were doing. We were 2 couples and the layout of the apartment was perfect.

This was a great place to stay to enjoy all that Nashville has to offer. It was a short, easy, and convenient walk to the convention center and restaurants. Nick was very responsive to my hope for an early check-in as well.

Amazing rooftop and place was as described. So close to downtown area and very family friendly! My kids had a blast with the rooftop!
