Holiday rentals with a patio in Oak Hill

China was a great host. We loved the place and location! To be so close to the inlet park, the YMCA, and the beach was a huge plus!

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

My husband and I came into town for his grandma’s birthday and stayed at Lauren’s place for three nights. The apartment was absolutely perfect—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and so peaceful. We loved how quiet the area was, and the location couldn’t have been better—right across the street from the beach! We simply walked over every day. It was also close to great restaurants like The Garlic and Third Wave, and the pool was pristine. One small touch that really stood out to me was the Charmin toilet paper—such a thoughtful detail that made us feel right at home. We’ve already saved this listing and definitely plan to stay here again the next time we’re in town!

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

The condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The view from the balcony was amazing! The beach was not crowded. You can’t go wrong with this condo. Ana was a great host & willing to help with any questions you may have. Wonderful stay.

The house was a great fit for 4 adults and 2 teens, bright welcoming and clean. Mary was very accommodating as we originally booked for 4 people she had no problem letting us bring 2 more. The kids loved the pool and its visible from inside so we could watch them and allow them some freedom. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe given the security system the home has. The fire alarm went off while we stayed and the host and alarm company contacted us instantly to check on us. Be sure the fan is on in the bathroom if you like long hot showers. In all enjoyed our stay and recommend booking if we find ourselves out that way again we would stay there again.

Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

super peaceful home secluded and private. This is exactly what I wanted for my birthday weekend a relaxing time with family. The home was beautiful and clean. The animals were adorable and the piggies were so friendly!!!!

My family and myself just had a 5 night stay at the hideaway and had a fantastic time . We were skeptical when we booked as we normally stay ocean front but couldn’t be happier with our decision it gave us way more variety on our trip . Historical district with good restaurants and bars right at our doorstep . We had really nice bike rides to beach made it there in 15 minutes. Then having our own pool/outdoor area was very nice to wind down . The house was immaculate, clean , well thought out as we didn’t have to search for anything . Our stay at the Coral Retreat was perfect. We were at the house for six days with our two teenage boys and of all the hotels and resorts we’ve stayed at this place takes the cake. We had countless manatee swimming right by and up to the property and we also saw dolphins a few times. The house is in a very serene neighborhood and if you want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel or other touristy areas that feels like an actual home for your family - you will find it here. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It was apparent that lots of thought went into decorating and furnishing the house so you can enjoy your stay. The beach was within a short walk as well as many restaurants and shops. There was also a nice grocery store very close that has everything you need. My wife and I loved our stay here and I’m hoping that we can make this our regular go-to place for a Florida getaway.

Some friends and I stayed here for a couple of days and absolutely loved it! The place looked cute in pictures but even better in person. Everything was super clean and the beds were comfy. The pool area was so nice to lounge in and a great vibe at night with the lights. I would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Cyndi for having us.

Our family just enjoyed another incredible weekend at Mahalo Dudes beachfront condo—our 2nd year returning, and it certainly won’t be our last! The condo is beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway (we are so thankful for the bountiful towels stocked and ready for use). Waking up to breathtaking ocean views and stepping right onto the sand made every moment feel like paradise. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, from their friendly communication to the small touches that make guests feel truly welcome. We’ve created wonderful memories here, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year. If you're looking for a laid-back, beachside retreat, this is the place to be!

Efficient, tidy, well-appointed and a short elevator ride to the beach. I’ve stayed in bigger rentals but most weren’t half as well appointed as this unit. Updated, everything you need for the beach and great bath towels. we were able to make breakfast, lunch and dinners. A great, convenient spot for a beach vacation. Highly recommend

This was our second stay at Philip's place. Great location right in the center of town. The place is very roomy and well kept. It's an upstairs apartment in one of the old downtown buildings with stores and restaurants below. Cool place! You have to climb a fairly set of steps to get up to the room. Would stay again.

The condo was very easy to find with ample covered parking. We found the condo-community to be a very family friendly, quiet place to stay. The condo was very clean as were the common areas. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy with clear, easy-to-read instructions. The condo is also a very easy walk to a convivence store and restaurants. This will be top on our list for future visits to New Smyrna Beach.

This was a wonderful place with a beautiful ocean front view. It was clean and comfortable. We truly hope to come back and make this an annual sisters trip, Christa was great and made helpful local recommendations. Lots of fun touches at this property, games, beach toys and chairs, bubbles, etc.

Stacey’s place was perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood was quiet, and the quick walk across the street to the beach was super convenient. The bed was really comfortable, and while we didn’t use them, the beach gear in the closet was a nice touch. Great location in NSB!
