The Cottage @MP is as close to perfection as you can get. Beautiful, cozy home in a private neighborhood. The home itself is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and inviting. There are helpful instructions everywhere that takes the guess work out of finding your way around the home. Carissa was a wonderful responsive host and made our trip a breeze. Could not recommend enough.

Very cool spot never stayed anywhere like it. We went to see Dwight Yoakam show at Findlay Toyota Center couple miles down the street. Felt like went back to 1990 something best show I can remember going to. Wendy is very friendly. Verdell is the star of the show at the house black and white dog he's a ham! 😁😁😁

It was a great, quiet place to get away! Wendy was very helpful and even upgraded us free of charge. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something private and peaceful.

Cabin was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. For a cabin, it was spacious and the furniture complimented the space very well. The only issue, that wasn’t really an issue per se was that the upstairs sleeping area was a little warm despite having two AC units in the cabin. However, it was not so warm that made it uncomfortable to sleep in. As far as the amenities/activities made available to the guests were great. There’s things for kids and adults to enjoy. Would highly recommend.

Samuel was an outstanding host. Communicative, quick to respond, and genuinely thoughtful. The house was better stocked than any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The kitchen had every cooking tool and utensil imaginable. There were books, board games, pillows, blankets, and even several types of coffee with multiple coffee makers. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect. The home sits at the end of a long private driveway, making the setting ultra-secluded and peaceful. Inside, the massive fireplace made everything feel cozy and warm. It didn’t feel like a rental; it felt like someone’s actual home. The musical instruments throughout the space, from the piano to (I think) a cello, plus trumpets on the wall, gave it a cool and creative vibe. Overall, a really fun and relaxing experience.

Loved the club house with heated pool and hot tubs.

Verde ranch was perfect for our AZ/Sedona vacation. it was 20-40 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. staff and other guests were very friendly and had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

Our stay at this airbnb was fantastic. Plenty of room with all the amenities. We felt right at home. Highly recommend Jeanette's beautiful airbnb!

If you’re looking for a peaceful recharge—this is your place. Fox Lodge is a gem of a property. This home has a huge private backdrop of pines. We spent most our time on their patio. We spotted countless Steller Blue Jays. We listened to the wind dancing through the trees. It was perfection. The patio furniture was very comfortable and we had enough seating for our family of 6 to play games or lounge. The home was immaculate. Cleanliness is our top priority when staying away from home and this place had us all feeling right at home. Our kids had a blast in the loft. Tons of video and board games. Cristy was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We had a great time and hope to be back. Thank you Cristy & Keath!

I booked a weekend trip with my daughter, it ended up snowing the day we went up! It was absolutely gorgeous and the snow had made our trip entirely worth it! The cabin was detailed exactly to the pictures, which was very cozy and clean on the inside! I received help from some of the amazing workers, Sean and Trey, who went above and beyond with their customer service! They both made us feel very comfortable and work well as a team! Everything about our trip was perfect, and the scenery around our cabin was beautiful and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this location and the staffs customer service to anyone I know! This is by far my favorite place to stay in the Sedona area! Thank you Don Hoels for making this a memorable trip for my daughter and I!

This was one of my favorites places I've stayed! We noticed right away the quality of the furnishings, and everything was spotless. The layout is well-thought out, and the location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and shopping. Despite it being close to another house it is very private and cozy. We will be back for sure!

Lovely little cottage. Cute. Located near the heart of old town. Close to groceries and restaurants. Easy access to Fort Valley Road (Hwy 180) for trips out of town. Very comfortable and clean.

I don’t know how I stumbled upon this place and it came out such a wonderful time. I will definitely be back. I even stayed an extra three days. I loved it the first cabin so much.

Stayed for 10 days. I found the place more than adequate and better than a hotel. I feel like the space is great for 1-2 ppl. The neighborhood is nice and close to many restaurants/bars (4blocks or so). The bed, couch are comfortable. The table is nice and sturdy perfect for getting work done. What could be improved is main entry way where a curtain is used to provide privacy on the front door. The curtain is hard to close if you are leaving. I think fitting a privacy screen on the door would be a better option. Another improvement needed is that the bathroom window is directly in view of the parking lot of next door neighbors. There was a small curtain to provide privacy but it felt uncomfortable to shower (glass shower) whenever anyone was in the parking lot. I feel like frosted windows would have been a better option for privacy. I ended up hanging a shirt every-time I had to shower. I saw multiple ant/insect traps in the house and saw one ant roaming on the first day but no issue

The location was perfect! It’s a few short blocks to restaurants and shops. I took a pink jeep tour and was able to walk there in under 10 minutes. It’s a quiet neighborhood and I felt extremely safe. I had my dog with me and I loved the views during our morning walk. The home itself is very cute and quaint. Cozy is an accurate description. Dave was quick to reply to my emails and check in was so easy. I do wish the house rules were posted on the listing. I was emailed the house rules only hours before my arrival. I chose this listing for its pet friendliness description. It was fine because I brought a dog bed and plenty of blankets, but the pet rules should be transparent on the listing.

This home was excellent and has everything you need for a stay from kitchen essentials to cook to activities like games and a bicycle. It was in a cute neighborhood and easily walkable to downtown, which was a perfect location just what we were looking for. The home itself was decorated nicely and clean. They were extremely responsive through the booking process and the stay, which is always helpful.

stayed here overnight on the way back from a road trip to monument valley. this cottage really surprised me by being such a gem! the best place i stayed during my trip, and made me wish i had booked an extra day just to enjoy the serenity this place provided. i’m already planning to visit again!

Cathy's: The Lodge was PERFECT and had everything we needed. It is very clean and well equipped. The western decor fits. The location is ideal, and the view from the back porch of the sanctuary and surrounding area is beautiful. Host Carrie is very responsive and gave us a great tour of the sanctuary. There are also many brochures available with information for the surrounding area and attractions. Definitely coming back! Linda's: Highly recommend staying at The Lodge at Healing River Ranch. I enjoyed every minute of a four day three night stay. The accommodations were fabulous, the sanctuary itself is wonderfully ran, and the animals are beyond loved. It’s a place where you can see that love and caring are still the main priorities. Spending any time there will rejuvenate your heart and soul. We will definitely be going back, have already booked the next trip!

This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway or a short stay to enjoy cooler weather and reconnect with nature. We loved the beautiful home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches from the host. Whether you’re reading a book or watching a movie on the front porch, it’s the ultimate way to unwind. There’s also an easy trail through the woods where you can breathe in the scent of pine and listen to the birds sing. We will definitely come back and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Such a cute little place that was just the right size for a weekend away with privacy but also great access and short drives to so many restaurants and activities.

Denise’s home was so quiet and comfy. It’s a charming little bungalow yet beautifully remodeled with all the modern amenities. I loved sitting on the back porch in the morning with my coffee, watching the birds and checking out the Mountain View. The location is great central to lots of sights: Jerome and old town Cottonwood are just a few minutes away and Sedona is an easy drive too. Bed was very comfortable with super soft sheets. I’d love to stay again when I’m in the area.

Wonderful place. Perfect size for 2. Very up to date and nicely furnished with all the amenities we needed during our stay. The hosts were great. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.
