Casa A Curiscada

Clara IsabelRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Chisco, Lua, Pachi, Marcial and above all PILAR. Pilar welcomed and cared for us as if we were her own family, always with a smile, with an energy that shows that she enjoys everything she does. It's been five days that have gone by too quickly, but that we enjoyed so much. The fresh milk, cheese, cows, milking, calves, the company of Chisco and Lua, running around with the puppies, the paths, the Camino de Santiago, the pool, the sun, the rain... so many things for so few days. What more could you ask for? We are very happy to have chosen A Curiscada to rest for a few days and very grateful to Pilar for having welcomed and cared for us from the first moment as if we were family and from the farm. Thank you so much!!! PS: my 11 and 6 year old children want to add that Chisco, Lua and the puppies, who we were lucky enough to meet, are veeeeeeery good and that they like to play and be petted.

Country house in a large forest a short distance from Santiago

Thank you very much for the comfortable and charming house and for your hospitality. Luis and Anna provided us with good service. In addition, they have given us a lot of help during our journey. We'll definitely let you know when we return to Santiago to rent the place again. We will also spread the word among our friends who travel a lot to Santiago de Campostella. Until we meet again next year! Our 9-day Camino was even better thanks to the charming serenity that their home offers and the attention they gave us!

PENA DE ROCA - Pure Nature

RickRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Giovana’s accommodation was beautifully presented, immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. It has great outdoor and indoor space whether you’re a large family/friends holidaying together and cosy enough if you’re just a small family/group as we were. Rooms have been tastefully decorated to a high standard, very comfortable beds and the outdoor pool is a lovely addition. The little village was the perfect base for us to travel to Santiago de Compostela, to the coast at Noia and Portosin, and visit the extraordinary Castro de Barona. Padel courts were 20 minutes drive away and we could walk to the lovely local restaurant called Refuxio Merza - delicious food and very friendly. Local groceries from Panaderia Ramon and a coffee at Bar Rufo are an easy 10 minute walk away and again very friendly. Thank you Giovana for making our stay so enjoyable.

Very spacious and a great location near restaurants, we can walk to. Our stay was short, so we didn’t get to explore the area too much.

Casa Elvira, The Pine

A very nice and charming house. We were 8 people and we were quite comfortable. We had already been doing the Camino de Santiago for a few days and it was great for us to rest quietly and replenish strength. Spacious and decorated rooms in the classic style. We got cold and rainy days, but with the heating we were very good. The two women who came to check-in were nice and recommended several places in the place, even a problem we had with the wifi were pending at all times to fix it. Recommended of course!
