Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Nyon District

The room is very comfortable, the bed is also very comfortable, the location is super awesome, close to the train station, coop supermarket, downstairs is the commercial street, the large terrace is simply perfect, I highly recommend it to everyone!Most importantly, smooth communication provided us with a lot of convenience!

Hands down, this is one of the best apartments I have been to. The location is just fantastic and the house has all the necessary facilities - WiFi, kitchen etc. Jacques and Mrs Josephine are very kind and communicative. I would highly recommend this place

Really nice place! It is cozy, with a comfortable bed, a good hot shower, and very well located. I arrived at Gare Cornavin, and it was a 6-minute walk to the apartment, no more than that. Nicolas is very friendly, he was there to hand me the keys. He gave me instructions, explained to me where the supermarket was, really nice guy! I definitely recommend it! In fact, next week I am going to Geneva again and already booked his place!

Andrea is responsive and very helpful! The place itself is very clean and has great amenities. Andrea helped us find a cleaning lady that would come once a week and also helped us with any other issues we faced. The place is perfect for a long-term stay)

My wife and I enjoyed it very much. She liked the orchids!! The house is very 'swiss' . I spent some years in Geneva and was familiar with the area. I have a sister who lives 5 minutes away. The place is very near the tram( # 12) so access to the center of town (and local shops and restaurants) is very convenient. Nice gardens.... and a nice view of MT. Saleve. High marks !!!! Suggestions: There needs to be a coffee pot. The one there is is inadequate (out dated) . One can get a french press coffee pot for a very good price at the area MIGRO grocery store. Also a small microwave oven could be a good asset. There is no freezer so there is no 'ice' available. We found the bath and sink arrangement somewhat odd but we were able to deal with it. She might want to consider enclosing the 'bath' for greater privacy. And finally I think the gardens could use some cleaning up....... they are nice but have a lot of potential for being even more appealing ..... Scott and Peggy

This is the first time I've written a review on Airbnb, the host is super nice, I stayed in this homestay on the night of Geneva. It's so hard to fix it, otherwise I really want to stay, the bedroom mattress is very comfortable, there are fruit trees in the yard, it's beautiful

I had a great stay with Marco and Mariolina. The house and grounds are lovely and it’s perfectly located in St. Préx. I fell in love with their dog, Lula. She’s adorable! I will definitely book again.

Superb stay by the river at Sandrine's a place where it's good to live, 4 days of relaxation between the calm of the countryside and the spa at 38.5°C. All this is accompanied by access to the kitchen to be able to make your own meals. Recommended without moderation!

We had a truly wonderful time at Anetta’s place! The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed, but still peaceful and comfortable. The apartment was super clean, well-equipped, and had such a cozy feel that it felt like home right away. Anetta was incredibly kind and responsive. She even allowed us a late check-out, which was such a relief and made our last day much easier. Small touches like that really made a difference. Thank you again, Anetta, for being such a thoughtful host. We’d love to come back someday!

Yvan's apartment is everything you would need and more for Geneva. It's in a perfect location, with great hospitality from Yvan. Will be renting the same apartment out anytime I get the chance.

Great place to visit Lausanne and the neighbouring towns. 10 min walk to the station and 20 min by train to Lausanne station. Great appartement to stay with a baby/toddler! Anne provided all amenities for our little one to feel at home (including the bath). He especially loved the box of toys. Nice to be able to enjoy a small garden & terrasse. Anne has always been very responsive, despite our delayed arrival. And it is very convenient to have a host living not so far

We had an amazing stay at Zuhayr's. The location is good, apartment is tidy and clean and Zuhayr gave us a clear instructions for check in & check out. The lack point is only the soundproof is not that good. I could hear someone from upstair screaming in the night. but overall we enjoy the stay. Thank you!
