Family-friendly holiday rentals in Nyon District

We had a great stay at Ioan’s place in Geneva! The apartment is very well located and walkable to most tourist sights. Great cofffee shops and restaurants are also close. Ioan is a great host and very communicative. The space was very well appointed with plenty of supplies. The home felt cozy and was a great space for our group to stay. Would stay here again without hesitation of returning to Geneva.

We stayed at Vanessa and Allesandra’s flat while visiting family in the Eaux-Vives neighborhood and attending the Geneva Open. We have stayed in several Air BNB’s and hotels in the Geneva over many years and we enjoyed this flat the most. The flat is well appointed, the residential location lovely, the Mage our favorite spot for coffee less than a block away. We appreciated the charm of the flat with modern changes. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well lighted, two priorities for us. We enjoyed reading on the balcony. Though we didn’t meet Vanessa and Alessandro their email communication was warm and helpful. We can unequivocally recommend this flat. Thank you Vanessa and Alessandro

A few work colleagues and I had a great stay at the Beautiful Villa when in Geneva for a conference. Paul was an excellent host and did a great job communicating with us about all aspects of our stay. The villa is very comfortable, brand new kitchen, great coffee (thanks Paul!), deck, pool, etc. The shared spaces are a highlight -- nice living room, dining room, and deck -- with an emphasis on comfort. The home is well located just a quick walk to the beautiful lake (and in a peaceful wooded neighborhood) and a 10-15 minute Uber to both the airport and fun tourist areas of Geneva. The bedrooms are comfortable -- nothing fancy, but clean, functional, and peaceful. Overall we really enjoyed our time! Thanks again, Paul!

Great spot in Geneva!!

We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious and clean, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The host was responsive and helpful. The beautiful view from the balcony was a real bonus!

Very sweet cottage. You can go swimming directly. Loved it!! Also highly recommended with dogs!!! We will come back 😀

I had wonderful time at Anne's place. Anne is a really kind, responsive and warm-hearted host. She was always ready to help and did best to accommodate my needs and requests. The house was super clean and has almost everything for living a guest could imagine. I strongly recommend Anne' apartment.

Cute studio apartment in a perfect location in Geneva! We enjoyed being close to the train and bus stations while still being walking distance from the old town. The apartment gets great light and was in perfect condition, and Mauricio was a responsive and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again!

Luxury house in a perfect location! Easy connection to Lausanne and Geneva! Highly recommended.

Very well equipped apartment for a longer or shorter stay. The concierges were very nice and available if needed. The parking available just in front is a big asset for a city like Lausanne and the free laundry room is a huge plus. We recommend this location 100%.

Hands down, this is one of the best apartments I have been to. The location is just fantastic and the house has all the necessary facilities - WiFi, kitchen etc. Jacques and Mrs Josephine are very kind and communicative. I would highly recommend this place

The apartment is beautiful, it’s very big with hard wood floors and chandeliers. We wanted to feel like we were in a home and we did. The kitchen was lovely with everything needed to cook real meals. Mark was kind, made us feel welcome, and provided great recommendations. We had the whole apartment to ourselves and he texted a few times to make sure we were good. It was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had.

One of the best places we’ve stayed. The residence has everything you need and the staff is so kind and flexible to work with. Bastion was incredible he walked us thru the home and how to work everything. He made sure we had free passes for transportation around town. I highly recommend this place.

It was a wonderful stay, with all the amenities we could need and very attentive to the resolution that any questions or problems we could have. We would definitely repeat!

Excellent view of Lake Geneva, very friendly and helpful and open hosts. Use of the entire garden incl. We really liked the children's cottage. The premises are ideal for two adults and 1-2 children. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would book it again right away.

This home was very well appointed, felt lived in and had everything we needed for a long stay. The apt is one of several in a private community. It has a lovely pool, and super close walkable access to the train to Geneva or Versoix. There is a spiral staircase that is tough for the mobility impaired, in case that matters to you. Maria Leonor was very responsive and helpful. There are nice walking trails, but it's not super close to businesses like cafes etc. You should know that you can hear the train and planes from nearby airport, esp if sleeping with windows open.

Pascal was a great host. Took us personally to the parking garage and welcomed us to his airbnb. Great weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at this maison. The house had everything we needed for a week, including the surprise jetstream (water treadmill) in the pool! There are markets within a 10m walk, the train and tram stations are close (8 and 13m, respectively), and we it's near the voie vert which is a lovely walking/running/biking path that stretches from Lac Leman to France. Nadia and Serge were very kind and helpful, and fast to respond with questions. I hope to stay here again next visit

Nice comfortable apartment, very well equipped and very clean, very good bedding. Nice meeting with Anne and Manfred, who are very available hosts, they live next door. We had a great stay in Chavornay.
