Charming apartment in older villa

Cozy holiday apartment on the 1st floor of a beautiful, older villa. The apartment includes two rooms, a living room with exit to a small balcony, as well as its own kitchen and bathroom. There is room for 4 people - plus any extra bedding on a good sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen contains a stove/oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a cooking pot-and of course, miscellaneous utensils and dishes. Access to washing machine/dryer can be arranged in the basement of the house. Entrance through the house's entrance, but in addition, it is a separate apartment.

The cabin

“The cabin” is a full insulated wooden cabin with underfloor heating in all rooms. Large living room with kitchen living room (sofa bed), a room (sofa bed), toilet with bath and a large loft. “The cabin” is 66 m2 and is newly built in 2017. It is located at the bottom of our garden in private villa area out to open fields and trail systems close to forest and beach. My place is close to restaurants and dining and the beach. You'll love my place because of the coziness, the comfy beds, and a cozy living room. Everything is newly decorated. The home is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). If you want a linen package with towels and bed linen, it costs 50 kroner per person. Upon arrival of 2 persons where both bedrooms will be used, an additional charge of 75 DKK per night will be added, which will be settled on arrival. If something is broken, this is paid for by the tenant

Independent apartment on 1st floor in land property with fantastic views of Skibssted fjord. The apartment is 55 m2 large and contains a large living room, with sofa bed, a bright kitchen in independent niche, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. From the apartment there are nice views of the fjord and only 200 meters to the "own" beach. It is possible to rent a double and a single kayak - or bring your own. The entire apartment is newly built in 2019, with underfloor heating in all rooms.
