Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nyborg Municipality

We felt right at home. It was warm and clean and Mia showed us everything and told us things to do in the area. You definitely need a car but if you have one there’re lots of things to do and see. We could use the garden which was amazing even though it’s wintertime. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay at Mias and Janus place again anytime we’re in the area!

Gorgeous, spacious, and welcoming family in Nyborg. There is a forest nearby for walks and the beach is not too far away. We had a fantastic time and were lucky with the weather. I highly recommend Julie's place and am so grateful we could spend some time there. All the best.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful summer house very much and felt right at home. The house & surroundings were even more beautiful than in the photos. The layout was perfect with 3 children and the house was well equipped. The direct access to the beach/sea was the biggest highlight for us. On the terrace you have a nice view of the sea. The location is ideal for a day trip by car to Copenhagen or Aarhus. Fünen is an idyllic place with lots of nature & swimming. The only downside: the bike paths are not optimal for smaller children (often road with cars).

This area is one of the hidden gems of Denmark. Very cozy house, just a stones throw from the sea. We had a great time.

Was a good and quiet place

A beautiful property with ample space for our family of 5 in a quiet location on the outskirts of Nyborg, yet a short distance from amenities. Ideal as a base for visits to, for example, Odense or Egeskov Castle, both about half an hour away by car. For us, this was the first experience with Airbnb, but we couldn't have done better. A very friendly host, who responds quickly to questions. Certainly subject to repetition!

We had a great time during our stay at Steffen's place. After consultation, we were allowed to come a day earlier and it was neatly stated that it was not as exuberantly clean as otherwise. This was no problem for us. Upon arrival, everything else was neatly in order and after a little cleaning everything was in order. Unfortunately, we missed the bathtub as it says in the listing, but this turned out to be an incorrect description of a swimming pool that is in the garden in summer. There was also no longer a slide, but the playhouse was equipped with a roof. Furthermore, our children had a great time because of all the toys and the large garden. The bedroom downstairs didn't smell very nice to us, possibly due to the woodwork of the bed. But this was easy to fix by leaving the window open a little. The mattress and duvet might have been cleaned for a while, there were stains on them. The communication with Steffen was fine, responded quickly and kindly.

We were very excited about this place. Nicely renovated old stable with everything you need for a stay. And then it is wonderfully located in the middle of the Funen nature with lovely peace and quiet. Lone, our hostess was top notch. We arrived one late night, and then homemade cake was ready for us. There was also coffee and tea and in the fridge was beer, water, homemade jams, freshly laid eggs and roll sausage. There were bowls in the freezer. SO lovely. She was very hospitable and offered to use her sun loungers, etc. if we wanted to. In addition, she was nice to tell us about the area and recommend different places we should see. Great place that matched our expectations!

Nice place to stay at!

We spent our vacation with a large group at Steffen's place. For the 12 of us the apartment was perfect. There are six lovingly individually decorated rooms that can be used flexibly for couples or two to three individuals. With the three fully equipped bathrooms and extra sinks in individual rooms, there are also no snakes. The kitchens are super equipped with dishes and electrical appliances. Towels, soap, sheets and additional blankets were also sufficient. For us, the two sofa corners and the very long dining table were also very convenient. A special highlight is the terrace with a view of the Belt and the Storebaeltsbron. From there you can also watch deer in the morning or relax in a small covered sitting area. Steffen was also an incredibly friendly and accommodating host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Really nice place with great views out over the water.

Beautiful and very tastefully decorated accommodation with full access to the garden with herb and berry bed and of course garden furniture to relax. We particularly appreciated the good location and the proximity to the pedestrian zone, the weekly market and the harbor. The Fürsorgemuseum is opposite and very worth seeing. Thank you dear Majbrit. We had some amazing days in Scotts beautiful home. Weather was not the best but that is normal in Denmark in December. Very cosy and everything was wonderful. We would recommend The House anytime.

Lovely house with lovely spacious rooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. We felt so comfortable. Very thoughtful and sweet hosts who were easy to get in touch with 😊 Great recommendation from my little family.

The house is comfortably furnished, clean and very dog-friendly. We felt very welcome. We spent wonderful days in her house and the surrounding area. Ingeborg is a lovely and uncomplicated hostess. We are happy to recommend her.

We (a family of 5 with 3 kids under 10 yrs old) enjoyed a great holiday in this wonderful house! Nicely situated with a surrounding garden that gives you all the privacy you need. Lots of facilities like a trampoline for the kids, a fireplace, hammocks and a heated outdoor shower. Inside, the house has a lot of character, you can tell you are in an old school! The living kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. In the evenings we spent much time playing pool billiards, table tennis and table football. Michael is an enjoyable and very helpful host, we will for sure come back here!

Linda's house is really lovely, minimalist, and beautifully decorated, but with everything you need. We came as a family with children and it was a big plus that there were toys, trampoline and swings. The area is really quiet and idyllic. And very close to the water. We very much hope to come back another time!

Dorothe’s place was perfect for our family of three adults and one child. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals with groceries purchased at the nearby market. There was plenty of space to relax and unwind for our six night stay and we felt very safe and comfortable. We traveled to Odense from the USA and needed flexible hours. Dorothe was very accommodating. We would love to stay there again.

Magical place! Right on the beach! Total hyge. Just you, your family and sea breeze, trampoline and Vernon (owner s cat) kids immediatelly created a bond with the cat. Everything was perfect to us.
