The loft is located in the basement and is cool in summer due to excellent insulation of the house. In the village, there is a hidden waterfall as well as a premium hiking trail along the "Roter Puhl." In addition, you will find the best restaurant "Kickert" in the region, a snack bar, bakeries, a hairdresser, a butcher, a pharmacy and an Edeka supermarket in Mettendorf.

The Trierer Quereinhaus from 1836 was lovingly restored according to a historical model, with ecological building materials such as clay, lime, hemp and solid wood. Welcome to Eifelhorst – a modern and cozy loft apartment in the beautiful Southern Eifel region! On around 60 m², you’ll find a comfortable double bed, an open living area with Smart TV, wood-burning stove, and a state-of-the-art air conditioning system for pleasant temperatures all year round, a fully equipped retro-style kitchen, and a bathroom with a rain shower. The garden with lounge area and sun loungers is perfect for relaxing. Quiet location with panoramic views.

The apartment (over 100 sqm) is in an old fully restored former inn. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the stables with horses. Quiet location. A place to relax or just to unwind. The large terrace, which is completely covered, invites you to barbecue. Afterwards, you can enjoy your freshly grilled steak on one of the two terraces. Quaint, rustic, cozy... in Western style... Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.
