Holiday rentals with a patio in Ñuñoa

The hosts were very kind, they were always attentive and gave us very clear instructions, which made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. We will definitely return.

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

Apartment with an excellent view, the apartment has everything for cooking, new bed linen and towels, the host's service is very good! It has a wonderful view of Santiago, at night the view is spectacular 100% recommended for pleasant nights

Great location for those who want to be in Santiago's busiest neighborhood with nightlife, and close to the subway, but I recommend that the third person not be an adult because the sofa bed is not very comfortable for a taller person.

I really liked the place and the neighborhood. It's a modern and save area, well connected to public transportation and close to Barrio Italia. The apartment matched exactly the description and can be recommended for short and medium stays!

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location, we went to see a game at the national stadium and it was very comfortable to be close. Everything was great.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

First, one of the most friendly and responsive hosts - people - ever! Made themselves available when we had small questions. The location is just lovely-walkable to trains, local coffee, grocery store right there. Feels a little like Sliver Lake in LA. Very clean, and good for absorbing a tired family at the end of a day.

We had an amazing stay at Alberto and his wife's place! We spent more than two weeks there with my family and were extremely well received. They are wonderful people, always attentive and helpful, making our experience even more special. I highly recommend their residence for those looking for a cozy and comfortable environment. What a wonderful home! Very comfortable and clean and quiet. Neighborhood is located in a residential area, near public transit and walkable. Plaza closeby has a small grocery store with all the essentials. Would highly recommend this place!

The apartment is impeccable, I felt at home! It has all the necessary utensils for the stay, a hot shower, an air-conditioned environment, and impeccable cleanliness. Very helpful and solicitous host! The neighborhood is great and safe, and it's next to the subway station, which makes it easy to get around at low cost. Anyway, everything was wonderful!!

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
