This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

The apartment is excellent, very comfortable for 2 people, well equipped, clean. The area is very good, close to supermarkets, subway station and buses.

We recommend Barbara's apartment, very clear instructions, safe access to the building's private parking. The building staff is very friendly. The apartment is very comfortable for two people, clean, new, neat. All the essentials, plus the most important basic cooking items (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar and coffee) Unbeatable value for money. For Argentines who are used to heating, rest assured in Barbara's apartment, there is only one stove but it is enough to heat the apartment. We recommend it!

I went in May. Beautiful, beautiful, wonderful view of the Andes, as advertised. Next to the subway station, which connects you to all of Santiago. Regarding the tours that leave around 5 a.m., it is easy to find an Uber in Santiago at this time, even easier than in the afternoon.

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped, clean, pleasant and safe building with permanent people. An area with many bars and restaurants and the ease of getting around by subway everywhere due to the proximity of the Chile España station. Fernanda is a very good host, she explained everything very clearly and recommended places to eat and visit. A 10, I definitely recommend it!!!

Miguel is a great host. He responded to all my messages with courtesy and was very kind. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Much better than the pictures. For me, the view is perfect, it was well suited to the verses of the Portuguese Fernando Pessoa: "I carry within my heart, Like a safe that can't be completely closed, All the places I've been, All the ports I arrived at, All the landscapes I saw through windows or portholes, Or from decks, dreaming, And all this, which is so much, is not enough for what I want." (Álvaro de Campos) I hope to return to Chile next year and have the opportunity to stay in Ñuñoa again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

Everything impeccable, quiet place, small but very comfortable. We had an issue with the water temperature that was quickly fixed, very attentive and helpful. a few blocks away you have the subway, a Census, a leader, and several warehouses. Very cozy and recommended. Thank you so much.

I really liked the place and the neighborhood. It's a modern and save area, well connected to public transportation and close to Barrio Italia. The apartment matched exactly the description and can be recommended for short and medium stays!

I stayed two nights and the stay was impeccable. The apartment was very clean, with heating that works perfectly and a super well-equipped kitchen (it even had spices and oil!). The wifi was very fast, ideal for teleworking, and the metro station was just a few steps away, which made all my transfers easier. In addition, the host left us a nice welcome gift that is greatly appreciated. Fast and cordial communication all the time. 100% recommended; I'd happily stay here again

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.

Apartment was clean and roomy, great location, great shopping and food, and great views from apartment. I loved the nice big Jacuzzi, very relaxing after long day at work. Priscilla was very helpful when I got lost and helped me find my way, lol...and was very accommodating when I was running late to pick my luggage up to check out. Thank you for everything.
