Holiday rentals with a kayak in Nunavut

We enjoyed our stay at Dawns Casa Grand Drive suite! It is a spacious ground floor home with very comfortable beds and an inviting gas fireplace. We could just walk out our door to enjoy the trails of bullrush park and the beautiful walks around mirror lake. We stayed here for 53 days, and it was exactly what we were looking for while our home was being renovated. We recommend Dawns Casa Grand to anyone looking for a short- or long-term stays!

Great place and easy to get around from there

This might be the nicest air bnb we have ever stayed it. The cabin is cozy and such a quick walk to the lake- but it is all the thoughtful details that really put it over the top. The beds are incredibly comfy, there are blankets to wrap up in everywhere, and there is outdoor gear for every kind of fun you could imagine having. Denise is so thoughtful- she was watching the weather the whole weekend and offered us early check in and late check out to maximize our fun in the sun. Absolutely a must return to!

This house is was an unbelievable place of peace and serenity. It will always be a special place in my heart. Tami is an amazing person and I will always remember my time spent at the lighthouse! Had a great stay - everything was clean!

There were no instructions on how to use fireplace, tv and stuff like that as it had special remotes, etc but nothing we couldn’t figure out or that would put a damper on a wonderful peaceful weekend at the lake. Lakefront is beautiful. Too bad is was mostly rainy and windy while we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors as much!

We’ve stayed at Adriel’s cabin twice now and we’ll definitely be back! She’s very responsive and kind. Being lakeside is phenomenal and the kayaks and other things provided for guests are amazing. There’s a great place to enjoy campfires and a small beach and beach toys for kids. The views are stunning, the stay is so peaceful. Highly recommend!

Karina’s cottage was just as she described it. It was warm and inviting and we felt at home as soon as we walked in through the door. There was absolutely nothing that we needed! We didn’t bring a dog, but Karina has everything you could possibly need if you did bring your furry companion. The beds were comfortable and sitting by the wood stove at night was heaven. The views from the cottage were incredible! We are hoping to go back in the summer and would recommend this place to anyone.

This place as a perfect quiet getaway. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to go! The locals were very friendly also when we needed help with directions and when we ran out of gas because there are no gas stations out there past Riverton. Something to take note of for sure. It is very remote

We had the most amazing time. Megan was wonderful and went above and beyond. Our month long stay was just what we wanted - beautiful views, time with each other, family and friends, enjoyed walks and runs and bike rides, the best restaurant ever at the ECO academy, especially their wine night. Roomy, modern, super comfortable beds. Nice kitchen, beautiful patio and backyard. Love the fire pit. We both work from home and that worked well in the space. We are runners and there was plenty of great places to run which was fantastic. I highly recommend staying at the cabin for an awesome getaway.

This is our second time staying at Dawn’s place and it was such a fun experience! We had the greatest time relaxing in the woods for the weekend. Dawn was very responsive and very accommodating for our group. The place was as described. This is one of my favorite places to stay!

What a beautiful place in a great location! Our family of ten, including eight children from ten months to thirteen years, all had a wonderful time. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the kayaks, paddle boat, and canoes. Inside and out there was so much to do, explore, and enjoy. The kids say “Ten Stars!” Thank you Devin for being such an excellent host! :)

We had a lovely time in Candle lake and will definitely be back to stay at Neil and Laverne’s lovely home. If you have kids, this place is perfect. The kids (1, 3, 4 and 6) were super active and happy during our stay! Boating, basketball, trampoline, exploring the woods… this place was awesome. The adults particularly enjoyed the screened in patio. Thanks so much for a great vacation!

Our stay at rock lake earth lodge was nothing short of spectacular from the moment we arrived. The host was so receptive at the front desk and provided so many great recommendations for our family to check out. The cabin was immaculate, cozy, warm and fully stocked with everything you’d need. The view was stunning. The environment was peaceful. Lake, hiking, and a playground nearby for kids. They have everything a family could ask for and more. We will 100% be back. My only regret is we didn’t get to stay as long as we would’ve liked (due to illness we had to leave early). That being said, the host was so lovely and immediately asked what we needed for support when we told her we’d have to go. She was so empathetic and kind. So truly, a wonderful place for a family and would also make a really romantic getaway!

Cosy cottage with authentic rustic charm. Beautiful location with lovely woodland views. Simone was a great host with excellent communication. We look forward to visiting again!

Very nice cabin. Lots of spaces. Newly renovated/updated. Had everything we needed. Was very clean. Large deck, big kitchen. Cosy wood stove to enjoy in the evening. Catherine was great with answering questions and very polite. Will definitely stay again!

Great place for a family getaway ! Backyard and lake was amazing. Appreciated all the yard games and books for the kids. Space inside was perfect for our 8 adults and 2 kids. We would 10/10 come back again.

We had a great stay at the RiverCamp, the cabin is very nicely decorated and we enjoyed the view of the Clearwater River🙂 Scott is a very accommodating host, we lacked nothing.

Adorable little cabin. I was surprised and excited to see the books and movies available! The kitchen was stocked well with tools and seasonings for cooking and the bed was comfortable and clean. We had a lovely weekend stay there!

Stayed 3 nights at Laurie's place for a ball tournment in stettler. We were welcomed with a welcome basket, the place was beautiful decorated wish we had more time to enjoy the lake and walk the beach. Beds were very comfortable and place was very clean. 10 outta 10 for us!!!!

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The modern kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking super easy. Communication with the host was fast and smooth — we felt well taken care of. We also loved the extra touches: there were kayaks we could use, a fire pit for cozy evenings, and even the option to rent a boat. Such a great setup for a relaxing getaway! There’s a small store nearby, which came in handy — just note that it closes at 5 PM, so plan ahead. Would absolutely stay here again!
