PETE’S PLACE

Farm Cottage near Steep Rock. Cottage is 7 km (5 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway (currently under construction 2024) It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter. There is now also a sauna for guests.

Our place is a perfect retreat for someone wanting to enjoy nature without missing out on the luxury's we all enjoy. Each cabin has its own private hot tub, barbeque, kitchette. Sleeps up to 4 2 children and 2 adults. Not suitable for 4 adults. We provide coffee. We offer Horse back riding. snowmobile rentals available. We’re pet friendly 50.00 pp max 2 pets per cabin. You also have high speed internet in your cabin (Starlink) We also offer artisan cheese making course and meals.

Located on an Organic farm near Richard, SK. Enjoy the serene nature and quiet wilderness yet being only and hour from Saskatoon. You'll love the outdoor space, the fresh air and the starry skies! Space for outdoor activities: walking trails, biking, snow shoeing, sled hills, playground and trampoline. Very cozy cabin with a wood stove, a loft bed, a nice deck and a firepit area. Our place is good for the solo adventurer, couples or families and pets.

Homestead 1912 - modern, bright, peaceful

Whatever brings you, a peaceful solo retreat or couples get away, this historic tiny home is setup to satisfy, gas fireplace, windows that open & screen door. Modernized in 2020 with full bathroom and kitchenette, it’s a vast change from when my Grandfather built it for shelter from the harsh prairie winters. The logs were harvested over 100 years ago in the Saddlehills and brought to this working family grain farm. Now it’s all play & relax!
