We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! It was everything we needed and more. The space was spacious, clean, and perfect for living and working for a week. The WiFi was stable and reliable, which made working remotely a breeze. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we cooked every day without any issues. The location was ideal for a quiet getaway, set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plus, having a market just around the corner was incredibly convenient—we found everything we needed there, including the freshest produce. The gym, though small, had all the essentials we needed to stay active during our stay. Subhani was an amazing host—so responsive and kind, always available if we needed anything. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped home away from home!

We had a nice stay with my family. The place is very comfortable stay and the host is quick to respond. The gym is excellent and there is a resident exercise physiologist on hand too. For a small fee they can also set up and help you follow a routing. This worked really well for my father, he was at the gym everyday. There is also a really nice view. The pool was kept very clean and we used it nearly everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent non-stick (healthy non-stick with no PIFA as I have at home) so we really liked this. There are a few excellent restaurants close by, great food, walking is possible but it really depends on you, but the roads to it may not be for everyone. But certainly excellent dining options. You can always order food to the apartment and it is very easy for delivery folks to find the place, so no issue there. Normally we stay in Colombo but this time we couldn't find a nice place, but this space turned out to be fantastic and served us well.

Janik’s place was absolutely the best. There was so much attention to detail. The kitchen had all necessities. The bathrooms had all the amenities plus towels in all sizes. There was a lot of storage space in all the rooms & kitchen. The washing machine was very useful for a long stay. Even washing powder was provided (but we prefer liquid detergent so we got our own). In addition to the three main rooms there was a small extra room and an additional bathroom of a good size, which we didn’t know was there when we went. (We didn’t have to use this but shared the info in case someone is interested). All the rooms & the living room were very cheerful with windows facing outside & a lot of sunshine coming in, which I loved! The scenery was beautiful as it overlooked the Colombo golf course! It was very peaceful with the sounds of birds chirping & no traffic noise. The very best part was that the place was squeaky clean with comfy beds! Total value for money! Thank u Janik!

I loved Dinali’s place so much that I extended my stay. Dinali has equipped the unit with everything required for a long stay. The view is magical, apt is airy and perfectly appointed, location could not get any better, its walking distance to most things. Dinali is super helpful and responsive to any questions I had. This spot is truly a gem.

Peter was an amazingly proactive and helpful host, more than happy to give help and advice and answer any questions. The apartment was just as described. Very comfortable with good facilities and a perfect mix of being on a relatively quiet street with sea views but so close to amenities and transport options.

Absolutely incredible stay! We stayed here for 3 nights! Bryan’s place in Colombo exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos —if not better in person! It's impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a highlight—breathtaking cityscape that truly makes you feel like you're in the heart of Colombo. The natural light pouring in during the day, and the calming ambiance at night, created the perfect vibe whether I was relaxing or getting work done. Location-wise, it's fantastic—central, safe, and close to all major attractions, cafes, and convenience stores. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a short stopover, this spot is a gem. He was responsive and genuinely invested in making my stay seamless. Would I come back? Absolutely. Highly recommend Bryan’s place to anyone visiting Colombo. 😀

My family and I had a great stay at Lahiru’s place! He was very responsive and waited for us to arrive after midnight! His place is very clean and in a great location - would highly recommend!

The house was clean and tidy all three rooms had clean linen and towels. There was hardly anything missing in the house in terms of amenities, the kitchen was very well-equipped pots, pans dishes, you name it was there. We couldn’t locate a hair dryer though it was quite possible there was one somewhere. The other bonus was that there wasn’t a single mosquito around and this I understood from my local friends was because the mosquitoes are unable fly as high as the 9th floor, nice. There were two balconies with great views of the Colombo skyline and the infinity pool on the roof top was excellent. The concierge at the reception were always available, friendly and very helpful. Entry after 10pm is restricted but all you had to do was to call the concierge who never failed to answer the phone. All in all we had pleasant and very comfortable stay.

This is a home away from home. Staff and the owner were very proactive with communications. Internet was fast and convenient for working remotely. This apartment is world class. Thank you Nadith and your staff for the enjoyable stay for me.

Benjamin and Family was helpful and the hospitality was unbeatable. Location wise lots of café shops, restaurants, bars and markets at your convenience. The walk to the beach and ambience was very refreshing. The locals are some of the most friendliest people on earth. Everywhere had coconut and papaya trees an absolute paradise destination that you will enjoy and remember for life. It definitely exceeded my expectations you will not be disappointed :)

Very warm cordial and helpful host. Very convenient and secure location with a Mall close by which had a lot of options for variety of food. Availability of Walking trail , Swimming Pool and Gym facilities within the compound of the property was ideal.

Noel was an excellent host. Check in was a breeze in spite of our late arrival time. The apartment was fantastic in a great location as well. Noel was able to access us with a late check out as well which was greatly appreciated. We loved this place and highly recommended Noel as a host

To all my fellow Indian travellers, this is the place to stay in Colombo—posh, away from pesky neighbours, and totally private. 1) Located in a high-rise, the cute little apartment is ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4. 2) The apartment is clean and well lit, as in the pictures. It is modern and equipped with a big fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, geysers, AC, and hob. 3) If any issues arise, ask. The host is gracious and resolves them immediately. I booked this Airbnb for my sister's trip, and she had a wonderful stay! The communication with Yashodara was excellent from start to finish, making the booking process very easy. My sister found the place to be exactly as described, very clean, and comfortable. She really enjoyed her time there and I'm so glad I chose this spot for her. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and pleasant stay!

This is a fantastic apartment in a lovely upmarket neighbourhood of Colombo. Shayani was great to communicate with, check-in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. The flat is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the balcony provides a superb view towards the Colombo seafront. There’s a great little supermarket nearby, along with a Barista coffee shop. In addition to the trendy Wildish restaurant on the ground floor of the building, there are many great restaurants in Park St Mews which is an easy walking distance. This apartment is highly recommmended. We will definitely return. Five stars.
