The condo is more beautiful than in the pictures. Wendolin was so amazing and proactive helping us set up transportation for day adventures and immediately helped remedy slow internet. Mina was beyond words. Her food was so fresh and delicious. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is amazing. The waves could be rough but our son loved it with a boogie board. You can rent ocean equipment on the beach. There’s a little store on the premise for things in a pinch. There’s not a lot around the area so setting up some sort of transportation is helpful. We chose to do a tour of the Marietta’s and a couple hours checking out sayulita. Mostly we just couldn’t wait to get back to the condo. It was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay at Jose's home - it was so lovely to come to a quiet place and just enjoy the ocean, the nice cool pool, the sunsets and the very comfortable furnishings. There was a small hiccup with the power and water getting turned off for an extended period one of the days we were there, but that was caused by the city and affected many other hotels/homes/businesses/condos up and down the beach from us, not through any fault of Jose's. He was most gracious to give us a small refund for the inconvenience, though and was very responsive to all of my questions throughout our stay! We will definitely be back! Thanks, Jose!

This was our second time staying at Mayra's place. This unit is very clean and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

We just had the best vacation at Enrique’s condo. We had a big group and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The pools and beach areas were gorgeous and we practically had it to ourselves every day. We did day trips to La Cruz, Punta Mita, and Sayulita which were all very close. We highly recommend having Juanita shop and cook for you! She’s absolutely wonderful and we felt spoiled by her. Everything she made was delicious! If you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place. We would love to come back!

wonderful condo unit this was perfect for 2 people but could sleep more, with lots of amenities. the pool area and restaurant were amazing . the prices were very reasonable and the staff were very friendly and always there for your needs... we would most definitely stay again!!

The place is a bit old but it feels well maintained and very clean. The amenities and service are almost like a hotel, although it does not have the hotel's cleaning and linen change service. The common areas are excellent, the pool is around 1500m2 and there is a garden for the children to run. Good access to the beach too. Your kitchen is well equipped. In general, it is a recommended place to take the family on vacation. Thank you.

The place is very good, it has many restaurants where you can eat very rich food, a shopping center nearby with everything you need, a very good private beach to get into the sea and quite spacious temperate pools. The room is most comfortable and functional. The host is very attentive to your arrival and detailed to provide instructions.

The accommodation is as described in the publication. Very cozy and in a very quiet area. Mr. Salvador was very kind and attentive to all concerns, both he and his son were attentive. When I return, I will definitely look to stay with them :)

We had a wonderful week in Gerardo's 2bdrm 8th floor villa at Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit! The villa is beautiful, immaculate, well appointed and has a large patio with a gorgeous view. The service all over the resort is attentive and friendly. The resort is gorgeous. It has great restaurants, but you can also walk to Bucerias on the beach to a variety of restaurants. The beach is nice. The resort has an all-inclusive option which includes the restaurants and activities at the sister resort next door, Villa Del Palmar. There is a nice paved path for walking from the resort to town. Our son utilized the gym. We ate by the pool. We got ice cream in the resort shop. There are a couple of small stores on the resorts where you can get groceries and just about anything you need. We used Uber to get around, as well as taxis. We felt very safe on and off the resort. We enjoyed several excursions. We hope to return again some day! Thank you for your responsive communication, Gerardo!

The accommodation is as shown in the photographs, there are sufficient kitchen utensils and in very good condition, the knives are very sharp (be careful when washing) if you happen to have an accident there is a very functional kit. The apartment is comfortable and enjoyable to relax.

A very nice place, clean and above all comfortable, it is close to everything and I received good attention, in addition to the pool being very nice, easily accessible, my stay was very comfortable and I will definitely be back, thank you for the attention ✨

Our stay was truly amazing! We have stayed in La Cruz before but this condo exceeded all our expectations. The private pool was great for our toddler who is learning to swim. The views were amazing. The Marina is beautiful to wake up to and also watch the sunset. The Sunday market was great!! Lots of walkable restaurants. Edwin’s communication is 10/10. Super friendly and responsive. Overall would highly recommend. Will definitely be rebooking in the future. Thank you Edwin!

Very nice place and good service

Good place in a great neighborhood. The host is excellent, responsive, communicative, and extremely kind.

We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book more time at Maria's place. The location is a bit out of the way and we appreciated having a car to get around Puerta Vallarta, but if you like to walk you can get whereever you need to go. There is a convenient store, OXXO right around the corner and many little Taco Stands and other places to eat within a short walk of the place. Maria was always responsive and helpful when we had any issues. A great visit and highly recommend.

It is a very pleasant place and its environment with nature, highly recommended to rest for a few days, they gather the quality of cleanliness and service, in rooms and all its areas, it has a common pool area, very pleasant terrace and restaurant. Invited to return and my thanks to the host Juan Carlos for his kindness and attention at all times I highly recommend it
