Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Nuevo Vallarta

Arguably one of the coolest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Great walkability to bustling downtown Vallarta below matched with an uncredible Birds Eye view of the bay and cityscape. The home was peaceful and refreshing after a long day in the heat. The hosts were staying in the other treehouse during our stay and treated us like personal friends. We will 100% be looking to stay here during our next trip to Mexico. This is THE PLACE. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t hesitate to book. 10/10 experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Fue una estancia muy buena , todo era tal y como lo ofrecido , sin duda alguna volveríamos alojarnos ahí.

I had a great trip to Puerto Vallerta and Luna's Airbnb was fantastic! You can walk to Playa Del Oro beach which I did each day but is also close to things like Malecón and Zona Romantica. I learned how to take the bus for 10 pesos but you can also use Didi or Uber. The apartment is very central but surprisingly quiet and peaceful. There are some restaurants closeby as well. Great place to stay in Puerto Vallerta, I would go back. Luna also has a coffeehouse + bar (and pizza) nearby. It's awesome!!

Las fotos que tiene Alan no le hacen justicia a lo bonito del lugar!! todo muy limpio, espacioso, amplio, buena ubicación y privacidad sin duda un alojamiento que volveremos a considerar para futuras vacaciones!!

The patio was my favorite part. I like that kind of amenties. Watching the moon come from behind the mountains. It's so beautiful. The place is easy to get to. It's in the heart of Versalles. A lot of restaurants. Mall few minutes walk away and easy to get to the beach as well. We took an Uber and it was a 5 min drive, so not far at all. There is security there as well. So very secure. Overall, had a lovely stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Richard’s condo in Nuevo Vallarta! From the very beginning, Richard was an exceptional host—he promptly answered all my questions before our arrival and went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and every appliance worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. I truly have nothing but great things to say about both the host and the condo. Richard’s hospitality made our trip stress-free and memorable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return again!

Excelente lugar y muy recomendable. Aldahir es muy bien anfitrión había todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. La alberca es riquísima y el personal del edificio es muy amable sin duda esperamos volver! La playa está a tan solo unos pies y la zona es muy tranquila además que hay mucho que comer!! Un lugar fantástico, está muy cerca de la playa y la piscina en el septimo piso es increíble. Nos gustó también que había alguien en la recepción 24/7. Volveríamos con gusto!

Will’s place was amazing. Each bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who would rather cook than eat out. The views and sunsets from the rooftop pool are majestic. I would recommend picking up groceries at one of the major grocery chains on the way in from the airport as there are few options for groceries in old town PV. Will was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in PV.

Nos vamos felices y convencidos de regresar. El anfitrión siempre amable y pendiente de cualquier duda. El lugar muy agradable y con mucha seguridad todo el tiempo. Los espacios comunes limpios y cómodos. Los tacos enfrente deliciosos y súper práctico el Oxxo. La playa súper cerca. Sin duda excelente opción.

What a beautiful week we spent in Bucerias! Alvaro’s place was perfection! It was immaculate, and stayed cool on those hot and humid days! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked, the laundry worked great and there were closets full of towels, extra bedding, games, beach supplies, pillows, etc. the views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of a trash chute right down the hall. The staff was great. Friendly, ready to help in any way. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and our favorite place to hang out with big puffy beach chairs, large umbrellas, just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food beachside under a large shaded area. Truly, paradise. We plan to return with our family again.

Fui con el único propósito de desconectarme de la jornada laboral y relajarme en la playa con mi perrita bóxer, y se logró! El loft esta hermoso y super adecuado, tiene todo lo necesario El personal del condominio en todo momento se porto super amable y respetuoso. obviamente hay reglas y hay que cuidar las instalaciones pero tanto a mi como con mi perrita nos trataron super bien. tiene fácil acceso a la playa y es una playa muy linda perfecta para nadar y caminar Diego estuvo al pendiente de que todo saliera perfecto y no se le escapo ningún detalle para que así fuera. es un excelente anfitrion. Sin duda volvería, pase unos días mágicos.

Todo el viaje estuvo increible, desde la reservación Pepe estuvo en contacto conmigo, explicando a detalle cada una de mis inquietudes. La casa esta fabulosa, recamaras amplias con baños independientes, terraza con alberca increibles. 2 comedores nuevos para capacidad entre 8 y 10 personas (no aparecen en las fotos actuales de la publicación). La recepción nos la dió Bertha quien nos dió todos los tips de playas a visitar, contactos de comida, restaurantes, servicio de delivery, day pass de los hoteles del mismo complejo, todo muy claro. Adicionalmente Sandra quien es la que nos apoyó en la limpieza de la casa, tambien nos apoyo con algunos desayunos y comidas (con costo adicional), pero que hace que nadie se preocupe por la cocinada. Pepe, Bertha, Sandra estoy seguro que nos veremos muy seguido. Gracias por hacer que estas vacaciones familiares hayan sido memorables!

I could not have asked for a better experience! The apartment was very cozy and had everything you could need for your stay. The hosts checked in during multiple points and really helped make sure you're having a great experience. The location is so, so convenient. You have so many shops, restaurants, and areas of interest all within walking distance. Having an OXXO right below and a 24hr pharmacy two blocks away was also more convenient than I could have ever imagined. The AC worked wonderfully when used and the water filter was so very helpful to have! I also really appreciated the dedicated changing and unpacking area of the bathroom. I was very happy with my stay here.

my second stay, this time with my dogs. perfect with the garden. Everything very enjoyable. Communication with Ben is easy . If there is something to fix, he is on it right away. I would stay here any time again

Our stay at Villa Sol Amor was absolutely incredible. The house itself was stunning, beautifully designed with amazing views from every single room. The decor and layout were thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and we can’t say enough good things about the housekeeper, Maria—she was truly wonderful and made everything feel seamless. We deeply appreciated all the little touches that made our stay special. We’ll definitely be coming back to Villa Sol Amor—it felt like a dream!

**5 Stars – A Hidden Gem in Nuevo Vallarta!** I can't say enough good things about this place! Tucked inside a quiet, secure gated community, this Airbnb was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and affordability. The home was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and tastefully decorated to make us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is great—just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. The host was super friendly and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making check-in a breeze. If you're looking for a relaxing, budget-friendly stay in Nuevo Vallarta with a touch of local charm, this is it. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay!Exactly as described. We had a 14 passenger van and was able to make it with no problem ( if you know how to drive in Mexico you can make it down the dirt road) The small neighborhood was also welcoming with a small store that made it very convenient not to go all the way to town, they have drinks, snacks and ice. We also elected to have assistance with breakfast and dinner to truly enjoy our time here. depending on the month you visit its Houston humid. We were comfortable for a few days with our air conditioner but he made it easy to have access once we wanted it. Plenty of dishes/cookware, cups cutlery, towels. This was an amazing option for our family to stay together and have quality time. We also got a great recommendation for a boat tour and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return.

Hermoso todo. La alberca es un poco pequeña, y para nosotros que éramos un grupo grande no nos funcionaba, pero pudimos utilizar las albercas de los condominios. Solo hubo unos detalles que me gustaría compartir para que se consideren. Los A/C les faltaba mantenimiento y casi no enfriaban, el agua de las regaderas solo salía caliente. Entendemos la regla de no ruido excesivo después de ciertas horas, pero el personal de seguridad nos dijeron que no podíamos ni estar platicando en la alberca privada en la noche. El último día estuvimos en una de las albercas, e igual nos dijeron que no podíamos tener música (aclaro que no estaba ni fuerte y era la 1pm), pero obviamente acatamos las reglas y apagamos la música. Y luego nos fueron a decir que no podíamos tener vasos de plástico mientras estábamos en la alberca. Pero, otras personas tenían vasos de plástico adentro y a ellos no les dijeron nada… si vas en plan de amigos consideraría otras opciones. Fuera de esto, todo muy bien!! Grax Sam
