Holiday rentals with a patio in Nuevo Arenal

We loved this stay! The place it self is beautiful, very clean, quiet and private. They have thought of everything to help make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We loved the AC was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and there is a beautiful path down to the water we really enjoyed walking. We especially appreciated the host, who helped us translate when we almost missed a guided tour, he gave us directions and talked on the phone with our agency. It was so helpful!

Place was exactly as described and felt even more spacious than in the pictures. Modern and spotless. Jacuzzi tub was a plus after a long day of hiking. Convenient if you have a car and want something a bit more remote but still 5-10 minutes from all the shops and restaurants.

This place was AMAZING and exceeded our expectations! Adorable little condo, bedrooms very comfortable, and the view of the volcano FROM MY BED… was breathtaking! This is exactly where I will be next time I visit La Fortuna! Thank you!

Beautifully appointed and immaculate, this little garden cottage is perfect in every way. You’re in the middle of Tilarán but are tucked back off the street in a private garden. The kitchen is well equipped as is the laundry room with laundry soap, iron, drying racks, etc. The bed is comfortable with nice linens. There is a large TV and good Wi-Fi. Raquel is an excellent host and quickly responds to any issues. Raquel’s family who live in the main house are welcoming and generous. If you need a few days to rest, relax and regroup, this place is great. I’ve staying for the past two years and plan to stay again next year! It’s a short trip to Lake Arenal and Monteverde is also nearby.

L’appartement était exceptionnel! Nous avons tout simplement adoré notre séjour! C’était extrêmement propre et j’ai adoré leur souci du détail (des bouchons, plusieurs doudous, des jeux pour passer le temps, petit message personnel à l’entrée, etc.). Leur lit fait maintenant partie de mon top 3 des lits les plus confortables dans lequel j’ai dormi! De plus, les hôtes étaient très communicatifs et nous ont fait de bonnes suggestions. Ils répondaient également très vite aux communications. Bref, nous recommandons définitivement l’appartement!

Our time at Danta Santa was truly amazing ! We loved how private the location felt and how beautiful it was. The pictures looked exactly like the pictures and somehow in person it was more breathtaking! Although it rained a lot during our stay we didn’t mind because the Airbnb was truly our own oasis. We loved that we had the option to have the place fully opened or closed. The space was perfect for a couple trying to get away from a crowded city. We loved that everything was nearby, such as the restaurants and activities. Everything was 20 mins away or less. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, modern and cozy place to stay! We will definitely be retuning and booking Danta Santa.

La casa esta perfecta para su entorno e interactuar con la naturaleza que la rodea, bien acabada, equipada y practica. Se siente un espacio privado y ameno. resguardada por una entrada boscosa que la hace muy especial. De principio a fin tuvimos interacción con todo tipo de fauna, aves, monos e insectos que se acercan con confianza a la casa. Muy cerca de acceso público al lago, sitios de tour y restaurantes con lindas vistas al lago.

The accommodation is very cozy, spotless, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay in Monteverde. We were especially amazed by the breathtaking view — absolutely stunning! The self check-in with the key box was very convenient, and communication with the hosts was always friendly and quick. We can highly recommend Carbell House and would love to come back anytime. Casa Malecu was absolutely stunning! We had an amazing stay. The view of Lake Arenal was beautiful, as were the grounds and the house. Lots of big windows to see in all directions. The highlight of our stay was the main shower that had a floor to ceiling window looking out onto Lake Arenal. Well-maintained and nicely decorated. We wish we had booked for longer. We did have an issue with our key; it broke our first day there. However, Pedro was quick to our rescue and we were with a new key in minutes. Also, the place is a little difficult to find since there are no addresses. Can’t simply plug it into an online map, instead you have to rely on landmarks. A good thing we didn’t drive in at night like we had originally intended or we probably would not have found it. For our purposes, it was close to the various areas we wanted to visit such as Arenal, La Fortuna and a 2-hour drive. We will definitely come back!!

Die Aussicht ist ein absoluter Traum. Es gibt auch viele Tukane und andere Tiere , um das Haus zu sehen. Es kommen allerdings auch viele Insekten ins Haus und kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Die Aussicht hat aber für alles entschädigt!

We had a fantastic stay! Jose was incredibly friendly and made our trip even more memorable with a fun, kid-friendly, professional horseback riding tour of his farm—it was definitely a highlight of the trip! The kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool and hot tub! Highly recommend this spot for families looking for a relaxing and welcoming getaway!

Truly a home away from home with hospitality that is unmatched. We were astounded by the this beautiful Airbnb , immaculate and well stocked including a full washer and dryer which was a godsend. It is evident that Josh and Yer pour in their hearts to make their place an oasis of comfort and kindness. They gave the clearest instructions to access the home with helpful photos. They left us snacks, sodas, and coffee and that was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We felt so welcomed. I wish all Airbnb hosts had their proactive care! They set the bar high! Thank you so much for your graciousness. ❤️

Un espacio pequeño, acogedor , pero sobre todo muy limpio y ordenado.

Found our stay at the apartment comfortable and enjoyable. The place was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses comfortable as were the sofas in the living space. It was an ideal location for our base for the week, close to town and restaurants, but also perfect as a sanctuary from some spectacular rain and thunderstorms that would roll in. We never really used the kitchen for cooking but it had all the amenities. The shower had good water pressure and hot water if needed. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions. If we needed it, fresh towels and sheets were available as was a tidy and clean of the garbage and bathroom from the helpful lady who worked there. We stayed for just over a week and would happily return and recommend to others.

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit allem was mach brauch und einer schönen Terasse! Alles fußläufig gut erreichbar! Die Kommunikation war einfach und nett! 👍🏻 :-)

El alojamiento fue exactamente como estaba descrito. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para desconectarse del mundo y descansar. Estuve allí con mi familia y todos disfrutamos muchísimo. Las camas son súper cómodas y todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver.

Es un condominio muy bonito y se ajusta a una familia de 5 a 6 personas muy bien equipado y todo funcional. Las camas muy cómodas y cada cuarto con su baño. Sin duda volveremos en cualquier momento. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad.
