As soon as we walked into Chambls we felt at home and ready to start our Tassie adventure. The view from the shack was just incredible and we couldn’t wait to go and explore the beach just metres from our door. This place oozed charm and was everything we expected it to be. Thank you so much x

We had the most wonderful stay at Nigel and Denise’s place. The views were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the ever-changing water and skies was pure magic. The house was thoughtfully designed, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the cozy living areas, and the luxurious bathrooms with spectacular views. Everything was exactly as described – or even better! Thank you for creating such a peaceful and beautiful retreat. It was the perfect base for our Tasmanian adventure. We would absolutely love to return someday!

The bush setting , the water views, the design and fit out are all top notch . Private and tranquil . We appreciated the expresso coffee machine ( and local beans in generous supply ) and other welcoming touches . Everything has been thought of in this immaculately presented house . An absolutely beautiful home! My husband and I stayed for a week for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect getaway! The home is stunning, close to CBD and everything was spotless and clean. We couldn’t have stayed anywhere better. Thank you Aloïse!!

The place was fantastic. I had booked the place as a surprise for my parents and they were delighted the moment they set their eyes on the house. Our two days at the Airbnb were spent in and around the main balcony catching the best view. We saw kangaroos from our windows which was pretty cool. The hosts were gracious and awesome. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone. It’s worth every single dime.

Relaxing, quiet and right on the beach. The house was well equipped, warm and comfortable. We enjoyed a no tv weekend and played games, read books and went for long walks.

A wonderful contemporary style house, Rachel and Jet has demonstrate their amazing decorstion taste by the inferior and furniture picking, especially the shampoo & body wash are all Aesop which is one of my favorites luxury cosmetics brand. Furthermore,Rachel & Jet has provided detailed guidance for our check in and guidance to use the fire pit. Highly recommend！

I couldn’t have asked for more during my stay at Ruth’s. The space was warm, cozy and inviting after my long work days. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, clean and modern. Ruth was a great host. Thank you.

Stunning location and a beautiful little home away from home. Nel and Lorne were both welcoming and helpful, even offering us lifts into town for events. The kitchen supplies shared made our life much easier and the workspace was perfect. The view from the lounge room and bedroom window was so beautiful and we enjoyed spending time just being in the unit watching out to the water. The bath tub was beautiful and the heating worked well, the bed and linens were great and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved Taroona and hope to stay with Nel again when we return to our beloved Tassie 💖

A beautiful home set in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The home was aesthetically decorated and had everything we need. Though it was a bit old, it was comfortable to be in and allowed for moments of respite. Jill also provided perks when we stayed and was very responsive throughout, she even warmed the house prior to our arrival! The place is just prime for sunrise, sunset and star-gazing. Heating is sufficient for winter nights. Walking distance to a viewing point for whale-watching and a short walk down a flight of steps will bring us to a beautiful beach. A short drive will bring us to many must-visit places. Jill also provided a list of places to eat which helped though it was just too dark to go out in the winter and we did not want to travel out and risk a road kill given that eaglehawk neck is in a quiet area.

Petra and Wayne’s place is immaculate. The cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever booked. Tasteful, warm and comfortable furnishings with a lovely garden outlook and beautiful views to the river. They are friendly, responsive and helpful and also respectful of space and privacy for their guests. The apartment is a 20 min walk downhill to the city. The walk home is steep but a quick uber or taxi solves that problem. We would definitely stay again, loved it.

An excellent stay in the most well-cared for Airbnb we have seen. Luxurious, cosy, local recommendations, and host was available and proactive. Many little touches to enhance your stay. This will be one of your best accommodation experiences during your travels. A highlight on the app for sure.

Jacqui was such a warm and thoughtful host! She was always responsive and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the handmade lavender bead warmer pillows she gifted us — such a heartfelt gesture that added a personal and comforting touch to our stay, especially in the chilly weather. The home is tucked just behind the main road, offering a nice sense of privacy while still being only a short drive to the city and Mt Wellington. Parking was easy and convenient right by the roadside. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for simple cooking, and the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were cosy and well-heated. The only small suggestion we have is that it would be lovely to have a heater or an electric blanket in the bedroom for added comfort during colder nights. One unexpected delight was the visit from three adorable pademelons in the backyard — such a treat to see them up close! All in all, it was an enjoyable and peaceful stay. Thank you, Jacqui!

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

I loved staying at Deanna's gorgeous studio. It was the perfect bolt-hole from which to explore Hobart. I really lucked out and would definitely rebook. It's so close to the centre of the city, but you feel just far enough away to feel like you're experiencing every day Hobart. It was a short walk to the local cafe, and also supermarket etc. My favourite aspect is the view of the mountain from everywhere you look in New Town. Thanks for having me Deanna!

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The place was very clean and comfortable and nice to relax after all day exploring Hobart. We were also able to check in early which is a bonus! James have been great! Highly recommend this place

We had a fantastic stay — the place was spotless, cosy, and in a perfect location to explore Hobart. The heating kept us warm and comfortable on chilly nights, and we loved waking up to those beautiful water views. A peaceful, well-equipped spot that made for a really enjoyable visit. Would definitely stay again! The hosts were incredibly proactive, with clear and detailed instructions that made everything easy from start to finish.
