As soon as we walked into Chambls we felt at home and ready to start our Tassie adventure. The view from the shack was just incredible and we couldn’t wait to go and explore the beach just metres from our door. This place oozed charm and was everything we expected it to be. Thank you so much x

We had the most wonderful stay at Nigel and Denise’s place. The views were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the ever-changing water and skies was pure magic. The house was thoughtfully designed, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the cozy living areas, and the luxurious bathrooms with spectacular views. Everything was exactly as described – or even better! Thank you for creating such a peaceful and beautiful retreat. It was the perfect base for our Tasmanian adventure. We would absolutely love to return someday!

Beautiful cosy place with the most awesome views. We even caught a glimpse of the whales. Our son couldn’t believe his eyes. It was nice to sit around the fire and relax. We will definitely be back. A big thankyou to Deb, she was absolutely amazing 😊

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home—not just a holiday rental. Everything was so well maintained, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully set up to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. Ben and Tess were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It’s the little things that really stood out: a pantry stocked with essentials like olive oil, a lovely selection of teas and coffee, and even fresh milk waiting in the fridge. These thoughtful touches made such a difference. The decor throughout the house was absolutely stunning—stylish yet cozy, with so much attention to detail. And the views? Absolutely breathtaking. The home is in the perfect spot, with scenery that you’ll remember long after your trip is over. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

It was the first time in Tasmania for our family, and Robyn's mansion is definitely one of the best part of our trip. the mansion itself is located in a very peaceful area which is not very faraway from Hobart city, with an impressive scenic lakeview around the house. Robyn made sure every instructions are well-prepared for us therefore we had no problem checking-in, and she is very responsive when we needed help. In the morning after we arrived, we had a problem with the coffee machine and we reached out for help which Robyn replied and get the problem solved right away. after we went back from the town in the evening we found a new set of coffee machine and capsules for us, we were very impressive on how helpful and responsive she is toward us. to conclude our review, I would totally recommend this well-deserved home for vacation. The host is very friendly and helpful. We had a very good time here, truly a sanctuary and this place made us fall in love with Tasmania. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our week at Michelle's place. It was a great base to do all of the stunning Tassie Peninsula hikes and the view from house is spectacular. We were lucky enough to see a pod of seals lazily swimming by on the morning we were leaving. What a treat!

Aerie retreat is a perfect little piece of nature- stunning views, private, peaceful and romantic. The house is cosy and well stocked to cook meals. The hot tub and deck are gorgeous, even in the rain. We saw seals, in the channel, and wallabies and possums on the property. The stairs to the water are steep but worth exploring. The tinderbox forest walk is fantastic and nearby Blackmans Bay is also charming. Would return in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful place to stay both the property and location. Mary is a superb host to boot. The place literally has everything you need, is super cosy and has the most epic views. Mary is an absolute legend, helpful and quick to respond. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s Airbnb! Sonia is a truly kind and thoughtful host—she was incredibly helpful throughout our trip. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we were especially impressed by the detailed travel guide she personally made. It gave us a deeper understanding of Hobart’s history and culture, and added so much value to our experience. The location is also perfect: very close to the city center, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were a highlight—they offered stunning views of Hobart and let in beautiful natural light. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hobart!

I couldn’t have asked for more during my stay at Ruth’s. The space was warm, cozy and inviting after my long work days. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, clean and modern. Ruth was a great host. Thank you.

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

An excellent stay in the most well-cared for Airbnb we have seen. Luxurious, cosy, local recommendations, and host was available and proactive. Many little touches to enhance your stay. This will be one of your best accommodation experiences during your travels. A highlight on the app for sure.

We had a fabulous stay. The apartment was brilliant and in a beautiful area of Hobart. Everything we needed was provided and Anja made sure that any needs were met. We hope to stay again!

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

Julie's place is a fantastic place to stay in Hobart. It was super convenient, cozy and peaceful, and we felt right at home. There was even a lovely little box of treats on the dining table waiting for us when we arrived! Would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The place was very clean and comfortable and nice to relax after all day exploring Hobart. We were also able to check in early which is a bonus! James have been great! Highly recommend this place

We had a great time staying at Robert’s Condo. The location was great for walking everywhere. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Robert added some lovely unexpected little additions which made us feel right at home. Thank you! The condo itself is large and has modern amenities. We look forward to travelling back someday with our 1 year old son.

Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.
