Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nowon-gu

The apartment was on the 21st floor and had a beautiful view of Seoul station. The sounds of the trains did mildly come through but it did not bother us too much. The air conditioning could be a little loud at times but it worked well. Other than that, this apartment was very enjoyable and I would recommend it to others

The house was clean and the house was warm and nice even though it was very cold outside. I had a lot of worries because I had to stay with my child, but my child also liked this house very much and thought it was comfortable.

This place is well-located, convenient, and pleasant. The building has useful amenities (gym, etc), and is super near to Seoul Station and great bus connections. I had a great time here!

I truly loved my stay here. Definitely need to come back. It's almost at the edge of Seoul, which makes for a more local and peaceful experience because you are far from the bustle of the city centre (40-90minutes to major districts like Jongno and Gangnam). But this means, it's more relaxed, and you can enjoy lots of hiking trails in the vicinity. There are food streets and a huge supermarket for grocery shopping and cooking at home (you can cook small meals as there are utensils, but plates are low and there are only a few). The metro is literally outside the door and goes straight to Incheon, so you can easily reach the accommodation. The bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away and will also take you straight to Jongno and Itaewon. The wifi was good and I loved that there was also a TV with Netflix. Everything was clean and orderly. The bathroom was also stocked, so I didn't need to bring any shampoo, etc. The apartment overall was absolutely lovely with that amazing view!

Our airbnb host JM house has been the best host till now. Not only did he help me with finding our airbnb and other stuffs related to the Airbnb, he helped us with early luggage delivery and storage. He was very helpful and had quick response which helped us a lot. He did bring help in a short notices. He was so flexible with our check out time which gave us extra time to relax. The apartment was the most beautiful and comfortable place I have stayed. The views are amazing and the apartment is close to shopping centre, stations and 1 minute walk to bus station. It was so convenient for us. Would definitely recommend it Thank you so much for all the help and making our stay very special.

First of all - view is just wow and worth the price alone. Host was very good and responsive as well, giving us warnings about possible rain and even helped us take out the trash when needed, as we stayed for a couple of weeks. What matters to me personally while traveling is the bed, and while in this case its just a matrass, I am happy to say that it was probably even more comfortable than my own bed. While the space where you sleep is not too big (you can reach the ceiling with your hand while laying, it was pretty funny), but everything is comfortable and made resting before every day very easy. All in all, I can gladly say this place enhanced our stay in Seoul and we were very happy about it. Host, bed, shower, kitchen, view - everything was perfect. Thank you Joy for providing this accomodation. Highly recommend!

I liked the thorough security, and as soon as I entered, I was so happy with the fragrant smell, warm lighting, and atmosphere. ̀⁽ᵕ̈⁾ ́ I chose the accommodation by carefully reading the reviews, and it's been a long time since I've been in a space that's much better than the photos. ⋆˚ (I'm worried that this place will become very popular. I hope it will prosper, and I want to know it for myself... You know what I mean🥺?!) We all admired the cozy wooden objects and the thoughtful preparations. It's not too much, and there's nothing missing, so it's worth visiting again. ◡̈ Thanks to you, I made good memories with my high school friends that I haven't seen in a long time. I was also grateful to the host who🫶🏻 always replied kindly. I'll come again 😚 for healing next◌ time.

The place was so neat and pretty! From the space to the bathroom towels, it smelled good, so I was able to use it in a good mood. I think the detailed items such as a phone charger, cleansing tissues, and the number of towels for the number of people stood out. Also, it was nice that the information about the accommodation was detailed and friendly. I was touched by the effort you put into writing a handwritten letter...🥹 If there was one thing that was a bit of a shame, it was that you had to do the garbage disposal yourself..? But it wasn't hard because the garbage dump was right in front of the accommodation! Anyway, I had a nice stay for 1 night and 2 days~!

A very unique place to stay with some lovely thoughtful touches. We’ve stayed in Seoul a few times and this was the best location yet - good for everyone I’d say but especially families with DDP and Sparex nearby. We’d stay again.

This is a fantastic place to stay, made even better by the incredibly kind and helpful hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The location is beautiful; just a short walk to the national park, offering a peaceful retreat in nature. The city center is also easily accessible via the nearby metro, making it the perfect balance of calm and convenience. The home is thoughtfully decorated and has a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you forget you’re in a bustling city. We truly had a great stay and would gladly return!

Emily's accommodation was really clean and the feedback was quick, so I was able to get answers to my questions right away!! Also, I was able to save time by referring to the nearby convenience stores and restaurants that were recommended!! I'll be back in this neighborhood again and I'll book again!! 🩷

We absolutely loved our stay in the hanok. It's small but had everything we needed, including in the kitchen. The second room is quite small but I found it fine to sleep in for the week. The underfloor heating was very welcome on the colder days. The location is great - it's only a few metres from the main street but is quiet. There's no highrise so it felt very calm to arrive back after traveling around other areas of the city. There's a good variety of restaurants and cafes in the area near the hanok and also around the metro station area, which is an easy walk or 2 stops on the local bus. We really enjoyed coming back to this area to eat in the evenings - quality food and not touristy. The palaces were an easy 15 minute bus ride. We enjoyed the local bath house. The hosts were responsive. I would stay again if I return to Seoul.

On our trip to Seoul, we sought out a traditional Hanok guesthouse, as it’s a rare opportunity for our dog to travel from China to Korea. We feel incredibly fortunate to have stayed in such an exceptional guesthouse! The house and courtyard are designed with exquisite taste, seamlessly blending traditional and modern elements. The space is spotlessly clean, offering utmost comfort, and everything feels just right! The host and property manager are warm, welcoming, and attentive, quickly addressing any concerns. From before our arrival to throughout our stay, they went out of their way to provide thoughtful and caring service. Thank you for making our Seoul trip truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse to everyone!

I had a good rest in a comfortable space! It was convenient to use the accommodation because you cared about me in many ways. I especially liked the quiet and separate space.

It's a perfect place for our family of 5. Brian is really a super host! He is really kind, fast to reply and pretty accommodative. He even waited for us when we arrive to help us check-in and showed us around. The place itself is exactly as how it's shown in the photos. It's pretty spacious, cozy, safe, quiet, clean and comes with complete amenities (including umbrellas for rainy days). The 3 bathrooms helped a lot for a group like us. It even has 2 dry showers which are quite a rare find when we looked for accomodation around Seoul. The 75" TV with hundreds of local channels kept us entertained during our stay. It's located on 2nd floor, so not so much climbing to do even without elevator. There's a cafe/bakery downstairs, with lots of local food and mini-market options nearby. Close to Sinchon (subway) station. Even Hongdae is within walking distance through the park. Will definitely love to come back here when we visit Seoul again!

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

I stayed comfortably in a very pleasant place. There was also a Changpo-won Park nearby, so it was nice to take a walk in the morning. The restaurants near Dobongsan were also good. I want to visit again next time.

Very good location, it was super clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet! Also the host is amazing, great communication, my friend accidentally left her clothes in the washing machine and when I asked if they could ship it to us they made sure of it. I would def recommend!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

The accommodation is near Seochon and Gyeongbokgung Station is within a 10-minute walk, so the location was really good. And they responded kindly to my inquiries, and there were 12 people staying, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience. If I have to visit Seoul again next time, I want to stay here ~
