Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Novo Sancti Petri

Enchanted with the house and Isabel. She was attentive at all times and at home there was no lack of detail the location speaks on its own.

Our stay was perfect! Only 20 minutes away from Tarifa, the small village of Facinas is perfect it you are looking to stay a bit away from the crowd. the House is very well furnished, with large rooftop exactly as shown in the pictures. beautiful sunsets and perfect for a relaxing gateway!

Kelly's place is amazing! The location is perfect - right in town with many places to walk to right outside the door. The place itself is so special, an old villa with modern amenities. We had a group of 10 and it was more than enough space. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, and we were able to cook easily. We have small kids and Kelly even though of things for the kids - toys, train sets, pencils and paper to draw, and a pack n play available on request. The rooftop terrace was wonderful to sit and enjoy the sunrise/set. And Kelly's communication made it feel like we were staying at a friend's house - she gave us restaurant suggestions and was readily available to answer questions. Vejer as a town is beautiful and there are plenty of places to drive to for a day trip. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed for weeks more!

We've been at Jose Manuel's for 14 days. The house is as described by Jose Manuel in the listing, although the photos don't do it justice. It has everything you need to spend a vacation stay, it is very spacious and located in a very central, residential and quiet area. Upon our arrival the house was clean, with the beds made, fresh and new sheets and towels. It has air conditioning in the main room, a standing fan and one of the rooms has a ceiling fan, enough to withstand the heat. The communication with Jose Manuel has been fantastic from before our arrival, giving us all the facilities both when entering and leaving. He has made us great recommendations for visits, shopping and gastronomy and his response has always been very quick to a couple of doubts that arose to us, it is available 24/7. We have been renting houses since 2021 in the area and this is definitely for repeat.

Photos do not do the Villa justice. Everything was clean and spacious. The garden was lovely and we cooked BBQ in the bbq pit at the back of the garden. Pool was lovely especially as it was very hot when we came. The rooms were great sizes and we used the kitchen a lot which was very modern. There was also lots of utensils to use for when we BBQ. It also wasn’t far from local shops and restaurants. Andres was amazing at coming back to us and was great on Whats App. He also gave me restaurant recommendations. Couldn’t fault the place. We were visiting due to the fact we were getting married nearby later in the week and wanted to relax and we definately did. Thank you Andres and thanks for the champagne!!!

It was our 2nd stay at Achim's. We loved our first 4-week stay last year so we were sure we wanted to go back this year. The tranquility of the place, the spectacular view from the pool, the outdoor kitchen, the new hot tub and the comfort of the small house seduced us again. We spent 5 weeks there and we didn't want to leave. Whether for a long or short stay and if you are looking for tranquility like us, it is the perfect place. 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Conil for shopping, less than 15 minutes to explore Vejer. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of goats and birds after a day of exploration. Achim is very responsive and makes sure everything is perfect and Miguel the gardener comes twice a week to make sure everything is spotless. We'll definitely go back. It feels like home:)

Wonderful house with all the amenities you need for a perfect family vacation. Perfect for kids with a large garden and fenced pool. House is even bigger then it looks in the photos. Jose is a wonderful proactive host with lots of local recommendations.

A very nice stay, in a very quiet area, with a lot to do, if you want : nice beach experience in El Palmar or the Cala of Roche - or otherwise the nice "tuna towns of Barbate and Zahara". The communication was ideal, with good tips. Her cottage is equipped with every luxury. Highly recommended

We stayed at Macarena's apartment for a weekend in Puerto Sherry. The apartment is very nice, bright and cozy. We found it perfectly clean. It is very well equipped with all the essentials. The terrace is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the harbor. Keep in mind that it is on the first floor without an elevator and that to go to the bathroom you have to go through the bedroom, which can be uncomfortable depending on who is staying there. Otherwise, the apartment is very good. Its location is unbeatable as it is one minute from the port with all kinds of amenities, and less than a 10-minute walk from the beach of the wall. There are many bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk away, but there is no noise in the apartment. Communication with Macarena was very easy and smooth. She was flexible with both check-in and check-out times, which was very good for us. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Puerto Sherry. Thank you very much for everything!

Fabulous! The view from the spacious living room and bedroom was wonderful - tall palms jutting from a green oasis before Sanlúcar’s rooftops, sweeping beach and nature reserve. This apartment in a historic, beautifully restored building in the old town - just minutes from incredible bodegas - is highly recommended. A lovely calm space including well-equipped terrace and all amenities including a washing machine. It felt like airbnbs as they used to be - and one of the best - someone’s personally designed but not cluttered home, as opposed to the increasingly common ikea-identitikit. It’s worth staying a few days at least to savour sanlucar - a fabulous small town with a lot of history, outdoor delights and unique air infused in some places with manzanilla! (served in the great restaurants in the charming town square. Next time we will stay longer. Ps the lovely terrace entrance (just duck!) has views of the church cupola, nesting storks & rooftops plus a slice of sea.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen's place. The apartment was fabulous and Carmen was very helpful and friendly. Lots to do in the area and lots of great food. Definitely recommended.

Beautifully designed apartment in excellent location. The only suggestion we would have would be to have a mirror somewhere else other than the bathroom as it was a little hard to get ready. But absolutely loved the apartment. It’s stunningly decorated with incredibly high ceilings.

The apartment was perfect and the days we stayed were very comfortable. We definitely would repeat. The only thing that is not very central, but you are a short drive away from everything, and for what we were looking for that was quiet was perfect.

No problems and good location.A little noisy at times with above and below apartmentos. No air con in bedroom ergo a bit warm at night.

We loved it, we will be back for sure. The description as is, impeccable, with every luxury of details…impressive. And in case it was not enough Rafael and Inmaculada are charming, a luxury.

Very nice place to stay where it's good to live. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space, the terrace was very popular! Very comfortable bedding. Everything is designed for you to have a great stay. We will certainly come back 😄

We had a lovely stay eating outside bbq was excellent as was the pool. Surrounded by birdsong. Property well maintained and Alvaro at the end of the phone if you needed anything. A great experience.

A wonderful place, near the sea in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed the peaceful garden and pool. Inside also a great place and nice restaurants just around the corner. Eduardo is very kind and helpful!

The house is very nice and spacious. All worked very well, communication with the host was easy. The house is really good for kids since there is a fance around the Pool and toys available.

A wonderful week! Monique is warm, always approachable in advance and welcomed us warmly. When there was a problem with the electricity on the first day, Miguel and the specially called electrician took care of it immediately, even though it was Saturday evening. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Monique had even prepared a beach bag. The roof terrace is fantastic in the evening to see the stars. Everything is clean and thoughtfully decorated. The beach is really only a two-minute walk from the house. It was only full on weekends, during the week there was not much going on. The Atlantic had some great waves, just right for a little excitement.

What a fantastic stay in a beautiful home, in a beautiful location. Comms from Michele were great, Veronica was there to greet us and show us around. The views from the living room, bedrooms and roof terrace were simply stunning. If you're planning to stay in the area, this place is highly recommended - it will leave you with wonderful memories. A proper luxury experience!

We spent the month of November here. The proximity to the beach is great and the pool was used almost daily, especially by the children. The water in the pool is of course cool for the season, but still wonderful. Unfortunately, the upper room has no door. We didn't have an oven, but otherwise everything was really there. Clear recommendation! Great place to stay.
