Holiday rentals with a patio in Novalja

Siamo stati bene, aree spaziose, molto tranquilla come zona. Utilità corrispondenti a quelle descritto dall’host. Host amichevole e gentilissimo. Consiglio il soggiorno.

Prachtig, ruim appartement dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Alles is netjes en modern. De omgeving, vlakbij zee, is echt geweldig. De rit er naar toe is al enorm genieten, met prachtige landschappen en uitzichten. Binnen paar minuten lopen enkele goede restaurants. Erika is vriendelijk en warm. Bij binnenkomst een Kroatische borrel. Ze is behulpzaam en von communiceert snel Meer dan de moeite waard! Dank voor een heerlijk verblijf!

Super accueil de la part de Katica, j'ai eu l'impression d'arriver chez une tante. Malgré la barrière de la langue (Katica parlé slave) nous avons ou échanger grâce aux signes et à Google Traduction. Les échanges étaient très réactifs, elle a toujours veuillez à notre confort. Nous avons pu laver notre linge et l'étendre. Katica nous a également offert des figues de son jardin, ces dernières étaient excellentes. Des petites plages type criques sont accessibles à quelques minutes à pieds ou en voiture . Pag est une très jolie ville, nous y sommes allés pour dîner également. Le séjour était parfait et nous recommandons ce Logement.

Matija è stato l’host migliore che si potesse avere: disponibile, gentilissimo, preciso, sempre reperibile, generoso e simpatico. Ci ha accolto con due bevande fresche e dei cioccolatini. L’orario del check-in è stato flessibile. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, e uguale alle foto, se non meglio, e il condizionatore funziona alla perfezione. L’appartamento è dotato di TUTTO il necessario: posate, piatti, padelle, pentole, coperte, asciugamani, ferro da stiro, cuscini. L’appartamento è grande, e il massimo è stato che c’è un sup incluso nel prezzo posizionato nell’enorme balcone dove si mangia con una tranquillità assoluta. Sicuramente se dovessimo tornare, torneremo da Matjia. Noi ragazze consigliamo vivamente di alloggiare nel suo appartamento. Grazie Matjia per averci fatto sentire a casa ☺️🧡

Saubere Unterkunft mit privatem Parkplatz und eigener Terrasse in Novalja. Wenige Schritte zum Strand. Der Check in war sehr einfach durch hinterlegtem Schlüssel in einer Box. In fussläufiger Nähe ist eine Bäckerei und ein schöner Hundestrand; das Zentrum ist ebenfalls etwa 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Für einen Strandurlaub ist die Wohnung toll; wenn man sich jedoch mehr von Kroatien ansehen möchte, sollte man berücksichtigen, dass die Distanzen schon länger sind, so erreicht man z.B. Split und Šibenik etwa in 2,5 Std; Zadar in 1,5 Std mit dem Auto oder der NP Plitvicer Seen in 2,5 Std. Novalja oder die Stadt Pag an sich sind sehr touristisch geprägt und Mitte September ist schon deutlich weniger geöffnet. Insgesamt hat dies nichts mit der Ferienwohnung zu tun, sollte jedoch bei der Urlaubsplanung berücksichtigt werden. Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert.

Veramente un'ottima esperienza anche se si fa solo una notte

Appartamento davvero bello completo di tutto ciò che ti può servire in vacanza. Mi ha stupito l'area esterna davvero molto vivibile e con lo spazio griglia. 2 camere matrimoniali veramente carine e un soggiorno grandissimo che comprende due divani tra cui uno di questi divano letto. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!!!

Zbog vremenskih uvjeta poprilično smo kasnili. Arijana je bila susretljiva i prilagodila nam se. U apartmanu su nas dočekali keksi i kava za ujutro. Budući da smo odsjeli jednu noć to nam je bilo više nego povoljno. Definitivno se vraćamo.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben. Wunderschöne, ruhige Umgebung, ein tolles Haus und eine klasse, sehr freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Zita sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist eine von mehreren in dem Haus mit seperaten Eingang und einer eigenen überdachten Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist mit den wichtigsten Sachen ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der Ausblick vom Pool und der private Zugang zum Meer (eine eigene Plattform an den Klippen). Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Zita war sehr gastfreundlich und immer vorort anzutreffen. Sie hat uns sogar mit Aftersun versorgt, als wir und in der Sonne verbannt hatten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ab vom Schuss, jedoch kann man in Karlobag (10 Minuten mit dem Auto) gut einkaufen und essen gehen. Gerne wieder!

Paola was extremely generous and kind to us, as her guests. I got unfortunately sick a few days before our trip and we needed to reschedule for a one week, without any problem and charges! Our dog was also welcomed and treated so nice too! 🐺 On our way back in our home country were suddenly floods and storms, so we needed to stay and extend for two extra nights in order to safely return, also without any problem! 🍀 We are lucky enough to find this place and beautiful people here, thank you so much! 🤩🏝️ With all the best wishes 💙 Albert&Adela with Destiny 🐺

Sehr schönes, abgelegenes kleines Haus. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern da und das hat gut funktioniert. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, dies wird aber durch die Außendusche ausgeglichen. Super ist der private Zugang zum Meer, die Küste ist ansonsten Steil und unzugänglich. Schwimmen, Schnorcheln(viele Fische, wenige Seeigel) und Sonnen baden an der fast leeren Küste. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die hausgemachten Produkte z.B. Olivenöl oder Käse. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannen sucht ist hier richtig.

Josipa place was exactly what we wanted. Very good location, close to the beach and a short ride to the main clubs of Croatia. Josipa was very friendly, responsive and gave us local recommendations. I highly recommend and when going back to Croatia I'll stay here again. Hvala! Thanks

I chose Katarina's home due to the closeness to Beach Rucica and Beach Beritnica. When I arrived , i was so happy about the apartment too. The bedroom was comfortable , large bathroom , well equipped kitchen for me to cook .There is a balcony with partial seaview orwatching the locals wallking around. There are 3 restaurants just around then corners . The local beach is also very pretty and takes seconds to get there !There is also the Life on Mars trail which is a must do !!! It was stunning and not too difficult . I walked with my very active medium / large dog. So , I stronlgy recommend Katarin's home for your next stay in Pag .

Das Haus war einfach mega klasse, man genießt die Ruhe und das Meer ist keine 100 Meter entfernt. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und die Einrichtung war klasse und wir haben den Strand und das Meer für uns alleine gehabt. Definitiv eine Empfehlung wenn man einen schönen ruhigen Urlaub möchte aber eben auch in der Stadt pummeln will (Novalja 5 Minuten entfern). Zu guter letzt Berislav und sein Vater waren total lieb und man merkt einfach die Liebe zum Detail im Haus und ebenso dem Grundstück. Wir würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder mieten!!!!

Lage und Ausblick TOP, Ausstattung der Küche echt TOP, ein Toaster wäre nett gewesen. Ausreichend Sonnenliege, Sonnenschirme und Sitzgelegenheit vorhanden. Wege zu den Stränden sehr steil, unbefestigt und eng. Mitnahme von SUP oder anderen Strandzubehör nicht wirklich möglich. Teilweise ist das Objekt abgewohnt, Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können wie zum Beispiel Kühlschrankdichtung teilweise schimmelig, alter Kaffeesatz in der Kaffeemaschine, Front von Geschirrspüler lose, nicht nutzbare Küchentür zur Terrasse, da defekt und leider verschmutzt. Einrichtung des Hauses teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hat der Flur und ein Schlafzimmer merklich nach kalten Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Fazit: Da das Haus im Großen und Ganzen eine tolle ruhige Lage hat, viel Platz für 6 Personen und mehreren Hunden bietet, einen wirklich tollen Ausblick hat. Wir würden wieder kommen, wenn die Mängel beseitigt werden, denn dann würde der Preis pro Woche der nicht gering ist, auch zum Objekt passen.

El balcón (más bien terracita) donde desayunamos todos los días. La cama extragrande, fuí con una amiga y no nos molestamos, era como dormir solas. Las vistas desde la piscina (no la utilizamos porque hizo mucho aire, pero estaba limpía y disponible). El sr. que nos recibió super amable. Llegamos con el último ferry y aunque era tarde nos recibieron con una sonrisa. El agua no es potable, y nos ponían agua y cafe a disposición. El alojamiento es sencillo, pero muy cómodo, el parking fácil (me preocupaba bastante). Nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar más, pero en la isla hay demasiadas cosas preciosas que ver. Si volvemos, repetiría, oir los grillos tomando el cafe fuera es un lujo. Hay varios gatos, pero te advierten que no los alimentes para que no vengan porque puede haber huespedes alergicos. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

l' appartamento è di recente costruzione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Molto comodo, pulito con stanze ampie e luminose e una bella e grande terrazza. Arredamento nuovo, dotato di lavatrice lavastoviglie e condizionatori autonomi in tutte le stanze. la proprietaria, Sara è stata gentilissima sempre disponibile e premurosa. parcheggio privato. Tutto ottimo.

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.
