Amei staying with Renata, everything was perfect, not to mention the wonderful decor of the apartment, all impeccable. When I return to BH I will stay with her again.

I had a simply excellent stay! The space was exactly as described — clean, organized, cozy and very well equipped. The location is great, with easy access to everything I needed. In addition, the host was extremely attentive, helpful and always available to answer questions or offer support. I felt very welcome all the time of the stay. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

A rare host, kind, proactive, without affectations. His loft is extremely well maintained, clean, in a safe building and well located in Lourdes. I'm not thinking about staying anywhere else. I will always stay there, every time I am in this delicious city that is BH.

Really beautiful place. Had full amenities, and is right next to the "lazer" section which has a full gym, pool, jacuzzi, and rooftop with amazing views. The view from the balcony is incredible. The neighborhood is nice. There is a grocery store across the street and some cafes around. It is also pretty close to the Mercado Central and Mercado Novo which are good tourist spots. Roger and Gabriel are great hosts and very receptive. Gabriel personally toured me around the building when I arrived. I really enjoyed my stay.

My husband and I stayed for 1 month in Kitnet 5, the space is very cozy and very functional. It served us very well for the purpose we needed, Rua Suassui is a family street with a great neighborhood, a calm and quiet place. Hosts Renata and her husband Alexander welcomed us very well and were very helpful.

Great place to stay in BH. Near Savassi, markets and pharmacy. I recommend it to everyone.

The stay was great, the apartment is very beautiful and well equipped, with easy access to the entire center of Belo Horizonte, the highlight being the view, which is really incredible. The window offers very good natural lighting and gets sun practically all day.

It was a great stay. Everything was very organized and clean. I recommend the place, I will return other times.
