Nice, small 1-bedroom apartment with short distance to grocery store and about 15min to walk into the city center. Has everything you need and Christian was always friendly and welcoming when we had any questions. Recommended!

Honestly a great place to stay where you get a lot for the money. Soft beds, great balcony with morning sun, lots of room and has everything you need. Might be a little remote location, but the person we were visiting lived a kilometer away so it fit us perfectly. Honestly just go for it, its a great place to stay. We will consider it again on our next trip :)

We needed a place to disconnect during Peter Wessel Cup and this place was a perfect fit for a 🥰👏 cozy brewery with plenty of space, private from the landlord, quiet and quiet area👏 Unfortunately, we didn't meet the landlord in person, as both they and we were busy with the cup, but was a very nice and flexible landlord who was easy to communicate with.😁 Will definitely be back if we needed a place to rent in the same area👏

Nice host and house. A lot of space and all things like bed linen etc are there. Really happy with it :) Location is within a city, so it’s a bit noisy because of the cars. So if you like to sleep with the windows open, it could be that one would wake up a bit early.

The house is beautiful. The views from the main room are stunning and it was an incredibly peaceful stay. Edita was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend.

If you are looking for a cozy and quiet house with beautiful garden, you are in the right place. Oslo is easily accessible, we liked the Leavers Enden and you can walk extensively near. Cat Phoebe is absolutely a bonus! She really made this house a home for us.

We had a fantastic four night stay at the house, with ten persons in our group (three couples and four individuals). Eivind gave us clear instructions about travelling from Oslo S central train station to local station Rygge (a taxi ride or 20 minutes walk from the property). Eivind lives a few minutes away, and met us at the property on this occasion. Eivind and colleagues at Gjesterom (Norwegian for "Guest room") responded immediately to any questions we asked them online - such as information about the air conditioning, checking out arrangements etc. They also offered information about the locality, shops, restaurants etc. The closest 'shop' is the 7-11 at the petrol station just beyond Rygge train station (about 1.1 km / 0.7 miles). Otherwise it's best to get a taxi to Moss to use the supermarkets if you haven't a taxi. We had the very best of stays, thank you, and would definitely stay again. Very nice host family! Very calm and nice zone, suitable with and without car. Nice cozy house with all comforts. We will be back!

We were two families in Fagersandveien 3 for 5 nights. Swimming and crabbing from the pier. Small beach and shop in walking distance. Boat trip to the bolars. Bike ride to Tønsberg and Ringhusstranda. Nice runs. As you can see from the photos, the house is new and very cool, here all aesthetic and practical details are thought out and done. If you miss something here, you are picky Reportage 😉 in the magazine Bonytt (standing on the shelf in the kitchen) describes the details better than me. In a week you can have your morning coffee in a new delicious seating area every day if you want. It is generous with table linens, dry goods, towels, toys(!) and everything else that makes the holiday easy and straightforward. Recommended 👍

Fantastic apartment with amazing views. Really well positioned with beautiful decoration. Loved this place and thoroughly recommended.

The apartment is centrally located yet quiet. The stop for the (free) city ferry is 150 m away. The underground parking space is also very helpful, as otherwise parking is subject to a fee throughout the city. We often sat on the cozy terrace. Ann Jeanette and Wim were always available and helped with advice and assistance, they were great hosts! We can only recommend the apartment!

Will definitely be back, walking distance to EVERYTHING.
