Brand new sunny all year round cottage with unique location 100m from the sea in Brevikstrand. Here everything is in order for relaxing summer days with swimming, fishing, hiking, boating and recreation. The cottage has a large terrace with great sea views off the kitchen and living room. There is a dining table and lounge furniture both outside and inside. There is also a barbecue and fire pan on the terrace. The cabin is equipped with board games and toys. The cabin is equipped with duvets and pillows for 8 people. Bed linens and towels must be brought by the tenant himself.

Walking distance to ski resorts and ski slopes in winter, and great play and activity space and bathing water in the summer months. Recreational apartment in idyllic Ula. Amazing beaches and marina. The place is a holiday paradise summer time, with marina, beautiful beaches, smooth shacky swamps and nice hiking opportunities. The atmosphere is special and the smell of lilacs is beautiful. The apartment has an end location on the ground floor, and has a west facing terrace with stairs to a cozy garden spot. From the balcony there is both ocean view and overlooking the marina. The apartment is a well functioning small kitchen and an authentic bathroom with toilet and shower. Welcome!

The cabin is fully furnished and well equipped. Wifi and Altibox. Large open living zone, open kitchen and spacious living room, built up patio,sunny terrace.
