Just got back from a long weekend. The house was very clean and immaculate. Very good to have a nice information pack for the area including menus and information on the local restaurants; we tried a few a were great and reasonably priced. Definetely recommend you stay here if looking for a place

Had a wonderful stay at David and Anne’s home. The house was very comfortable especially the beds. It was also very clean and beautifully furnished. They also provided very clear instructions and there was everything you need for a relaxing break. Also well situated for the town and to explore surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

Anne's home is very clean,well equipped and comfortable. It's in a very quiet neighbourhood. It's ideal for visiting local attractions around Durham. Anne is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely place and was clean+smelt nice upon entering, hosts were fast at replying and attended to all questions asked. The stairs are a little crazy and definitely different but made staying there funnier - only thing I would say that was a negative about the whole thing was the wobbly stair railing but besides from that a nice quiet area with a cosy hot tub. Thanks guys!

The perfect place to stay for the night, very spacious rooms and clean throughout. Communication from the hosts was excellent and it was easy to get into the property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we visited family in the area. All facilities that you could need. Peaceful location. Lovely garden and outdoor seating area. Great for my mother who can be challenging with mobility. Stairs have bannisters and helpful sensor lights if you need to be up in be night. Couldn’t fault it

I travel for work every week and this is possibly the nicest accommodation i have ever stayed in. Homely, great location, spotless and a lovely welcome pack, biscuits, crisps and milk in the fridge. Truly home from home.

Looks just like the pictures, very large homely cabin, beautifully situated.

Iv stayed in many caravans and is bar far the best Iv ever been in! So roomy, comfier than usual beds for caravans/lodges. Had sky glass tv with all channels, apps and WiFi! Kitchen had everything needed and more. David is an excellent 5* host fast replies, clear instructions on passcodes for check in and sky and WiFi, and how to find the caravan and instructions how to work the boiler for heating! Book with David you will not be disappointed the views are a added bonus ❤️

Russell and Clare are great hosts who have created comfortable, well-appointed accommodation which is warm and cosy in winter and I imagine light and airy in summer. The beds were lush. The shower is great - powerful and consistent temperature. Eppleby is peaceful with walks from the cottage, a local shop & tea room - very friendly - and pub. It's a great location for exploring Richmondshire and Co. Durham. We had a relaxing short break at The Old Milk House and hope to return.

Amazing location for beach walks and the coast path. Ideal for stay with the dog. On site shop and park practically next door. Sea view perfect

It's a great house, perfect for large groups. Plenty of quality spaces to gather together in or to spend some quiet time. The pool was great - larger than expected - but it was the grounds that surpassed all expectations. They're extensive and well- maintained with wonderful views.

A very good place to stay, quiet and private. Ollie was a great host. An attractive location with good restaurants and pubs and beautiful riverside. Perfect for an overnight but I could imagine staying longer. We’ll be back next time we need to stop in the area.

We absolutley loved it! the caravan felt so peaceful and quiet and it also had everything needed to feel right at home straight away :) our dog also enjoyed the beach walks every day a short distance away. We are already planning our next trip to hopefully be able to come back in the future. Thank you for being so friendly and helpful.

The Guest Place was a lovely place to stay, perfectly appointed (with a really comfy bed!), spotlessly clean and in a gorgeous street. Walking distance to amenities and the beach too. Ann was a great host, communicated regularly and made me feel really welcome. I hope to stay again!

Graeme and Helen’s place is a wonderful place to stay. We stayed for a couple of nights with our dog and it was perfect. Lovely area for our dog to safely roam around and a massive paddock area also available to us. The place is spacious and well laid out and has everything you need with additional goodies thrown in. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked lovely and sure would be a lovely place to be in an evening. Would recommend for anyone to stay and we will look to come back again!

Spiral on the River was the perfect getaway for us! It’s in such a peaceful area, the place was super clean and had everything we needed. Jennifer was an amazing host and always replied quickly. We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay. David and his wife were welcoming and friendly, made us feel at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely, nice and warm, spotlessly clean, very peaceful with a pretty garden outlook. ( Great garden lights!). The bed and sofas were really comfortable.Parking was available on the drive. Everything was provided that we needed including teabags, milk, coffee, biscuits, washing up liquid etc. All the bits that help you settle in easily. Nearby was a friendly pub which provided food Thursdays to Sundays. The village has a small shop and post office which provides basics such as bread and milk. Many places nearby to explore including Thirsk, Northallerton and Yarm. We will definitely return. We feel lucky to have found this place.

This was our third weekend stay at this apartment. It has everything that you will need for a great stay. Its in a good location with all shops, restaurants, pubs and parks within walking distance. Parking on site is a bonus being so near to the town centre. Great public trasport if you like to visit different places without using your car. Fred is an excellent host and quickly responds to any queries. We are returning soon for another stay. Thanks once again Fred.

We only stayed one night but I wish we stayed for longer. The location is gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and equipped with about anything you may need. Fantastic host.
