Thoroughly enjoyed or stay on Cobb’s Creek. Beautiful week getaway on the water. The house is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This place is so beautiful on the river, Tanya our host was like we knew her for many years and we just met, her place was so clean, private and so wonderful.. Tanya went far and beyond to be our host, when we arrived she left cookies and muffins and some fruit for us, for our stay.. We was so glad to actually meet Tanya and her husband John at there place to talk and give us info about the area... When we left we got to say goodbye to them, and we felt we just made some new great friends, we will be back soon, thank you for everything... Brian and Theresa also Brownie our pup from Strasburg Virginia..

Our second time here! An absolutely adorable gem of an Airbnb with the nicest hosts and most beautiful garden and dock on the River! Great restaurant recommendations, super comfortable beds, and lovely living room. Perfect for families visiting the beloved St. Mary’s River.

We had a great time at Nicholas and Dana's place! It was both fun and relaxing. We really enjoyed the little beach, the dock and the kayaks. We caught some catfish and one tiny crab in the crab trap (and threw everything back in). It was nice to have the firepit and hot tub to use too. And, the kids really liked being downstairs in their own space. The only issues were that the key pad wasn't working to get in to the front door which was frustrating after a long drive and the grill was very slow to heat up and probably needs to be replaced. Overall, this home was a really good choice for us and we would stay again when visiting family in the area.

Great getaway place, super peaceful, and quiet. Beautiful views. Just a few helpful tips for your visit …might want to bring tin foil, plastic wrap, etc. We didn’t care for the taste of the tapwater, may want to bring your own. Matches for the grill were found in the utility room. Shed had plenty of extra space to store our 2 bikes, could fit 3-4. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!!

We were able to check in earlier which was great tho some of us weren’t able to get there right away… we enjoyed our stay very peaceful and were wishing we could have one more day! 😊 we were going to grill burgers but couldn’t find grill utensils so just did our best inside and still turned out great!!! Thank you for your house and allowing us to stay there!

If you're looking for some simple, quiet time at the shore, Tim's place is for you. The house is comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a lovely family weekend. There's a convenient spot in the backyard to launch kayaks. Two decks and a dock provide several options to sit outside and enjoy the view - including beautiful sunsets! Our dogs love to swim and really enjoyed the water. The neighborhood is quiet making for pleasant and scenic walks. We hope to return for a second stay later this summer.

Absolutely beautiful stay! The cabin has the cutest theme and the proximity to the water was great and a gorgeous view. Abby and family was so kind, responsive, and great hosts. Would highly recommend this getaway!

Kelly's place was immaculate. Kelly went out of her way to help us with all of our things. We had a boat dock. Kelly had everything we needed from water to shore power. Had an amazing week at this lake house! The property is stunning—18 acres of peaceful land with a beautiful pool and direct access to the water. The house was spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway for me and my friends!

The house is beautiful and very large. Three families with kids had plenty of room to spread out. The views are just as pictured and the finishes were all high end. As we knew from the listing, the pool was right on the deck with no fence, and this was stressful with our younger kids (as were the stairs). This wasn't a surprise but something to keep in mind if you're traveling with small kids. As another review pointed out the house feels out of place in the neighborhood. Melanie was very responsive and helpful and we had a great trip.

We had so much at Anne and Neil’s place. It was more beautiful in person than in the photos. The furniture and antiques were so beautifully appointed. We had lots of fun as a family enjoying their pool, searching for shark teeth and shells on their beach, and getting on the water in their boats. Lots of fun. We all wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed with our family and friends for a long weekend. Lucy’s place was amazing and had enough space for all of us. The property is amazing and the little sandy beach was perfect for kids (and adults). Lucy had great recommendations, including a great masseuse that made house calls. The house was great for us to cook through the holiday weekend and lots of amenities. We would definitely stay again.

A little slice of paradise! The pictures really can't communicate how beautiful and idyllic this places is. Huge perfectly kept lawn in front of a gorgeous, picturesque river with diving Osprey and stunning sunsets. Kendall was a delight, and I would strongly recommend staying here!

Karen was very quick to respond to our questions. The house was lovely. There were canoes, kayaks and water boards for the family to use. Baby pool for the kids. Fishing and crabbing was great entertainment for all. Kitchen well stocked with anything you needed.

Karin’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. The area was quiet and secluded, perfect for a peaceful getaway. We took advantage of every opportunity we could - fishing, kayaking, and swimming by the beach. At the dock we watched stingrays swim every morning. We went to restaurants around the area and had wonderful food and met the nicest people. It is true what people say about the mud but we came prepared with water shoes and rafts and had no complaints. The bugs were a nuisance and we were eaten alive but that is to be expected when you’re surrounded by woods and water. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway from the hustle and bustle of civilization and this was a great place for our anniversary. Thank you Karin for letting us stay! We will be back!

This is a great place if your family is looking for a beach get away. The fishing pier is large and can accommodate multiple fishing poles. The crabbing was also great! We caught so many crabs that we had crabs everyday. The large dining table and screened porch was perfect for family lunches/dinners. Rangeley (host) was also very responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this place!

Such a perfect end of summer trip as two families of four. We spent almost the entire time outside, using the standup paddle boards at our small private beach, which is less than half a mile from the house and really easy to get to. The kids had so much fun, feeding the pigs and visiting the cows. We brought the kids bikes as all of the little back Roads were really fun to navigate, the kids said they would love to go back! The hosts were excellent, delicious ciders for the adults right next-door and we got ground beef and steaks from them for both the nights We were there to grill out.

Perfect get away for relaxing and unplugging. We look forward to coming back in the future.
