Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Northumberland County

This was my second stay at The Red Brick House and we had a great time. The house is excellent, clean, in a good neighborhood and yet close to downtown. Easy communication with the hosts, I would highly recommend this ABNB.

Tracey & Rodney were great hosts only matched by their charming home and surroundings! I would rate 6 stars if I could - highly recommended. Useful details for others: - Plenty of free street parking - Well stocked grocery across the street - West facing water and sunset view - Minimal street noise - Fast, reliable internet

I frequently stay at Airbnb’s and travel a lot. I would say this is the best host I’ve ever had. Super friendly, super nice, super knowledgeable of the area and gave great suggestions. The home was unique and very nice. I will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area.

Sarah and Nigel were super thoughtful, responsive, and kind. We stayed in Warkworth for an extended stay and loved being a part of the vibrant community surrounded by serene natural landscapes. It’s a place for those looking to detox and heal ❤️

We stayed here for an extended long weekend and had the best time. The place had everything you would need for the stay. Our dogs loved all the open space for running around and would go up and visit the alpacas throughout the day. Gisele and Joel were extremely friendly and welcoming in all aspects. Any questions we had they were quick to respond. We will definitely plan on visiting again in the future.

We stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience. The space was incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a long day. The host was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond. Though our stay was short, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Mitch’s place was perfect for our vacation! It’s in a peaceful area right off of a main road and the property itself feels very private. There’s plenty of amenities to enjoy like the theater, pool table, fire pit, and hot tub which was great especially on colder nights! Everything was very clean and we felt right at home. There is a railroad right across the street but it didn’t bother us in the slightest so I wouldn’t stress about it. We’re very light sleepers, too, and didn’t wake up to any trains at all throughout the week. Most of the trains that pass through are quite quiet anyways. If anything, it adds to the experience! Great stay & definitely would love to return in the future!

This is our second time vising Woodfield. This is our getaway place from Toronto to enjoy the backyard in peace. Aiden is so friendly that we feel right at home. We will continue to visit in the coming years as well. HUGE thank you and cheers to Aiden!

Such a lovely spot. The views of the golf course and the natural light were magnificent. The space is tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed is comfortable.

My parents love the place! Perfect place to stay and celebrate my convocation. The kitchen was beautiful and the backyard was perfect! It fit right in our budget and Kelley was very flexible and responsive whenever we asked for anything. The kitchen had everything and all the kitchen appliances were super clean. Kelley also gave us complimentary beverages, fruits, tea, coffee and creamer. Highly recommend it :)

I hated to leave Maya's and Jon's cozy and comfortable apartment, the best of my several Air BnB stays in Peterborough, and I'm eager to stay there again. The apartment is in an older house that's typical of many in Peterborough, and positively reminded me of two places where I lived while growing up in Peterborough. The apartment was well-supplied with everything I needed, especially the kitchen, and I did a lot of cooking during my stay. Towels and linens were of great quality and very clean. (There's simply "clean" and then "very clean," in my view!). The hosts live downstairs. They were friendly and responsive, without being at all intrusive. The neighborhood is GREAT! At night, it was wonderfully quiet. In the morning, I awakened to birds singing. The house is very close to a park and the Rotary Greenway Trail. East City's "small town" main street, Hunter Street, is about a 15 minute walk away. I recommend the butcher shop, Hard Winter Bakery, and The Railyard restaurant.

A couple of minutes walk to Cobourg's King st. where there is a large selection of restaurants/coffee shops.

Anuhea's space is very cozy and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need. The outdoor space is beautiful - You forget you're in the city. The location is awesome, quiet neighborhood but just minutes from downtown. Her instructions to get to the Airbnb space was spot on! I also had the chance to chat with Anuhea and she is just a lovely person. Also, they have the fluffiest, friendliest outdoor cat that is sure to great you upon arrival. Eugene was the best welcome-wagon I've ever had lol.

Everything was great here, the property, and view from walk out patio was absolutely beautiful. The sounds of nature added to the serene surroundings. They were also flexible when I asked for an earlier check in time and made it happen, we really appreciated that. Tim brewed us a fabulous pot of coffee this morning, it really hit the spot before our departure. Thanks for everything and we would definitely go back.

GPS found the place immediately. I like that it was a peaceful stay yet close enough to other houses as we arrived the place at 10:30pm. Kim is responsive and helpful. I wish we had time to spend at their yard! It was neat and beautiful. My kids would have loved it but we didn’t have time as we were heading at the conference the next morning. God willing, we are coming back.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing girls weekend. The location was great—peaceful and close to great wineries and local spots. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming and making check-in seamless. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and memorable getaway!

Jasmine & Scott’s place was even more beautiful than the photos! A truly unique spot that was super clean in a great location. The attention to detail in decor and Jasmine’s friendliness and responsiveness made us feel right at home. We had some issues with the projector when we arrived and Jasmine came right over and fixed it for us while we were out for dinner (at one of Jasmine’s amazing recommendations!). We couldn’t have asked for a better trip :)

When we arrived very easy, the place was ready earlier, which we enjoyed. Even better than the photos.

Stayed here with 3 friends during a reunion weekend, and we couldn’t get over how nice the spot was! In a great spot downtown Port Hope, and it helped make the weekend very special. Would highly recommend!

Had a great stay! The hot tub was a fantastic addition, and the place was cozy and comfortable. The location is excellent — close to the lake and downtown, making it super convenient. Nicole was kind enough to let us check out a bit later, which was much appreciated. However, we could hear people walking around above us, which was a bit disruptive. Overall, a nice spot with potential for some improvements.

The place was perfect for the 3 of us as abase for birding at Presqu'ile. It was simple, uncluttered and clean with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Jason was friendly and helpful. He checked in with us several times to make sure we got in, and even sent someone over with a key for the locker so we could store our bicycles. He provided good suggestions on activities and restaurants too. We had a great stay. Outstanding service. Thanks Jason!

Jay was an amazing host! We was Very accommodating to our earlier arrival. When we got there we had WiFi issues and he said someone over immediately to fix it. The home is SUPER clean and well stocked with everything you need. Jay's communication is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb. We will be back soon. Everything was excellent. Stayed 1 night, the place was clean, looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was neat and tidy, very modern. Check in was super easy, Jason gave us thorough instructions, there was a welcome basket with wine and snacks which was a nice touch! The view from the airbnb was picturesque, there was a marina restaurant across the street with great views as well. Really nice wineries about a half hour from the airbnb. Would totally recommend this place to friends or family, we will definetely be back!!
