Close to Kensal Rise with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, and buses running into central London, it's a short walk to the overground, which connects with London Underground, and a ten to 15 minute walk to Queens Park tube.

The house enjoys glorious views surrounded by open countryside and has a happy atmosphere. It looks onto fields, a lake and beyond these the north downs. There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.
