Tiny house holiday rentals in Northern Cape

An absolute gem. I have not experienced heat like that, but our private plunge pool and the farm dam were an absolute dream. We had such a wonderful time taking in the beautiful views and incredible stars.

Although the interior needs a good clean, the exterior was amazing. The little garden and the direct access to the beach is amazing!

The Sea Shack really is an idyllic retreat by the shore. The shacks are cute and comfortable and the people friendly. We only wish we could have stayed a few days longer.

We Loved our stay in the little log cabin. The waterfall was so beautiful and even though it rained all Saturday we still enjoyed the hot tub and a friendly lovable cat that loved to cuddle up. It was perfect.

An idyllic, peaceful setting on the beach. It is so relaxing as it is off the grid using solar power for showers and gas for cooking and fridges. There is everything you need in the stunning boma overlooking the sea. We enjoyed a lovely braai our first night and looking at the sea and stars was incredibly special. Peter is an excellent manager and helped us settle in and with all our questions. Highly recommended if you love the ocean, open spaces and endless views.

Sea Shack is a special place... a unique way to see the West Coast! Perfect the way it is.

We don’t really want to share our secret places with others… but I guess it’s the right thing to do. We love this farm stay. Spend at least 2 days to recharge before continuing your journey to Johannesburg or Cape Town.

The house is well equipped with high quality utensils. Everything you need is there, and easy to use. Bedding and bathrooms is super clean and of good quality, with plenty of towels. It is very private and well placed for boating activities or just relaxing at the water. Cant wait for our next visit.

Excellent host and beautifully curated space. Will definitely be back.

the farm and accommodation were stunning—beautiful, and peaceful. Aaron is a wonderful host, friendly and welcoming. i immediately felt at home. the farm has amazing views, hiking, swimming, and climbing, not to mention the adorable mini horses and orchards full of fruit. i’ll definitely be coming back :)

What an Incredible birthday getaway for my partner. Solace is the perfect space for two people wanting to escape the hussle and bussle of city life! The peace you find in the space is unmatched. Breath taking views, vast open spaces and the sweet, sweet smell of the citrus trees. The cabin itself was so nicely decorated with beautiful attention to detail. We loved that there were living plants all around the inside of the cabin. Extra blankets and cushions made it even more cozy and comfortable, with a wonderful air conditioning system to cool the cabin down after a blistering hot day. The gas braai, made for quick and easy dinners, which is precisely what one needs to enjoy time away. They even had a juicer, which was lovely for the oranges we bought…So refreshing!! We would definitely recommend staying here and we will surely be back as soon as we can.

We had a wonderful weekend. We were able to take our dog and enjoy long walks on the beach and a cozy fire inside to relax with a glass of wine.

Far from home we felt really welcome. We love people with that special AirBnB attitude, to host people and let them feel home. Patrick and Hercules did that from the first minute we arrived. It was a hard and long road trip for us, we arrived at Patrick’s place at sunset, hours too late but he made us welcome with a smile. Thanks! The green garden in that semi-arid region was an oasis to rest. For us, the perfect place to relax and to do our washing. Hercules was always around when we had a question or a request. Kameel is a small spot but we went shopping and could refuel our car – just two minutes by car. Both of them made our wedding anniversary to a special evening – a tasty (lekker) homemade candle light dinner. In spite of load shedding Patrick and Hercules all the time provided running water, light inside the bungalow and internet connection.

Excellent weekend breakaway with the family. Friendly host and caretaker ensuring a wonderful stay. Sleeping units clean and comfortable, kitchen well equipped with all the required essentials. Beautiful sunsets can definitely recommend as a a wonderful glamping experience.

We visited over the Easter Weekend, and it was a joy to be away from the busy crowds in town. The interior of the cottage is absolutely stunning and spacious. We also loved the private outside area with a braai and 3 areas to relax. Privacy from the bedroom is not great, especially with the doors open. Don't let the lack of seaviews put you off. You feel like you are on a farm, highly recommended!

He is friendly and wonderful to communicate with. He knows so much about the area and can tell many stories about it which stood out for me.

Lovingly & beautifully secluded set up glamping site in the heart of Karoo.. with big heart hospitality and serene area with sheep glazing nearby...and a beautiful pool to dip your feet and body in cool water. Watching sunset and admiring sunrise with the chorus of birds singing their heart out... what more can we ask for? It is a place of rest, delight and tranquility. Each tent/caravan has its own braai area and shower/toilet - it is next to each other but the shady trees gave us plenty of privacy. Elzanne and Nellis were so friendly, kind and amazing owners of this beautiful accommodation. She communicated well beforehand, sent us a pin of the location. Everything in this site is lovingly and tastefully made, built and decorated. Breeze at night through the tent was perfect and the solar powered fan, fridge and microwave are also neatly set inside the tent. We ordered braai pack and had breakfast in the farmhouse garden which we highly recommend. We can't wait to come back!
